"I was running from one delayed flight to what turned out to be another delayed flight today and got a bit hungry. Really wanted just a Bretsel but when I saw the salami sandwich I had to get one. The retailer, Rahmi Mehmeti was nice and even gave me an additional complementary Bretsel for chosing his place over the neighbours’ even though he could not warm up my sandwich. Happy customer : Now I hope the delayed flight will not make me run for my next connection."

Bought to go a 5 EURO coffee, that was absolutely appaling. When I went back, the lady had the worst attitude I've ever seen and she told me "Your problem, you can buy a new one." I'm speechless, nothing else. Expect a public apology of company management!
