"Due to an invitation (several persons) we were in the Schweinske in Bergedorf. You were kind. But all the different foods are not. For example, Peppertail Schnitzel unfortunately o h n e pepper and the Panade was pappy. Don't remember what it was. Was rather cheap prefabricated scavengers available for heating in the water bath. The two-sided smooth and neutrally spiced panade also speaks. It's a shame to offer this. When the complaint was said, the goods are delivered ready and it can also be that the cook has confused. It's being asked and we'll get in touch. Nothing happened and we were all upset. We don't know what the cook learned when he was one."

I was with a colleague and we were hungry, so we stopped in here for a quick bite. I'd return if hungry and in the area again, but I wouldn't seek it out.

We had dinner at this place and we are very disappointed. The meat of the carving was very hard, the salad was watery and we had to wait a lot to get our orders.

Jedzenie jest świeże i smaczne. Duzy wybor w menu - kazdy z pewnoscia znajdzie cos dla siebie. Za obiad dla 2 osob i piwo zaplacilismy ok 25 euro a porcje byly naprawdę spore. View menu

In summer, the Ponton on the water tempts to a delicious daily changing lunch table. The bar meets every alcoholic and alcohol-free desire. The service is very friendly and young. There is a playground for children.

Schweinske besuche ich gern mal in Hamburg für ein günstiges gutes Essen zwischendurch, Schnitzel oder Putensteak mit Ofenkartoffel lecker. Preislich echt super! Auch die Getränkeauswahl ist gut! War da auch schon öfters frühstücken.

We found this place around the corner of our H4 hotel in Bergedorf, so we decided to try it. In short, it is a German equivalent of a fast food restaurant and I must say that the XXL Hunter Pig carving that I...ordered was wonderful, like the wheat beer I ordered with the meal. The service was fast and friendly, and if I were back in the area, I would certainly visit her again. View menu

The food was very bad after complaints were not laughed in detail the potato was cold and hard the roast potatoes burned and dry and penne with Gorgonzola sauce was barely sauce on it and the burger with Champion gave it the mushrooms hardly burned sauce. That's why I never had the bad hospitality about the business management question, we didn't say and grilled over the whole face. Not recommended.

The restaurant in Bergedorf is not far from the S-Bahn station Bergedorf and is easily accessible by all means. It is a small beautiful and particularly clean restaurant on the water with a beautiful ambience. The service is friendly and accommodating. You don't have to wait long for the ordered food. Prices are average. the food is good, but unfortunately Schweinske does not offer a wide range of dishes.

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
