Food reasonably prices, service excellent, nice clean place, but the food was bland. Mixed kebab and chicken dansak.

The restaurant provides excellent service and serves delicious food. It is clean and comfortable, offering a menu of kebab and Indian cuisine. Definitely worth a visit.

The starters and main courses at this restaurant were delightful. The service was fantastic, and they kindly packaged up our leftovers for us to take home. I would definitely recommend paying them a visit.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years. It is the only place my family and I go to. The food is always fresh and cooked to order, so it is hot and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to assist you. The service is great and always given with a smile.

Came here on a Thursday night during jubilee weekend, had the early bird special which was very nice, we both had a mixed kebab for starter and I had a chicken dopiaza and chipatis and my friend had a chicken bhuna and chipatis, both were very nice, good heat, staff were lovely will definitely be going again. Five stars from me.

Been using Shipley Shama for over 20yrs and have to say on this most recent visit, the food was awful. Fish pakora starter appeared to have no spices in pale batter and tasted bland, chick mushroom bhuna was a congealed mess and did not look fresh. My friends were also disappointed with their various dishes. Service was slow, wrong starters served, no water until we asked and waiter said ‘you want more water’ although we had not had any. Regrettably will not be visiting again.

Out for a family meal we decided to try Shama for the first time as weve visited many many resteraunts predominantly serving Curry in Bradford. We've just left there feeling extremely satisfied and already looking forward to returning soon. The food was absolutely beautiful, four of us ordered a Seekh kebab, Popadomons, pickle tray, Keema curry each, soft drinks, chips and chapattis. Not a scrap of food by the end as we all concluded it was one of the nicest curries we've had. Then out come a menu for a FREE coffee OR Ice cream each. Those were just as delicious as the starter and main. Then came the bill and we were shocked how little it was costing for four of us with all the food and drin...

We visited here with meercat two for one codes and we weren't disappointed. The food here was amazing. We ordered a selection of dishes from the traditional and speciality menu. Amongst our favorites we're some fruity dishes containing pineappke and banana. Unlike other Indian food we've had in the past, each dish had a distinctive and unique flavour. There was a good proportion of meat to sauce. The naan bread was to die for! It was slightly crispy on the outside and fluffy and mallowy on the inside.
