"I had been looking forward to this restaurant for a long time, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The service was good, and the staff was friendly, but the food wasn't served hot enough. The portion sizes were not worth the price, especially for the fried items we ordered. We waited a long time for the food, only to have a simple meal followed by dessert. The atmosphere was nice, but it was too warm inside. We had originally booked at Toby Carvery but decided to try Shaw Farm because of our previous experience. Looking back, I wish we had stuck with Toby. Honestly, I don’t think I'll be returning anytime soon."

the meat was super boiled perfect, but the veg warns hot warm and the carrots were reheated and hard had difficulty cutting them, said the waitress that said she would tell the cook.

We go here for meals a few times a year weather just the two of us or with friends and family. Always a good and friendly service. And good value for money for family’s of all sizes.

One meal was burnt, and the roast was very average with undercooked vegetables. We also waited a very long time for the food. Ambiance was nice but I wouldn’t go back as the food was very very average. Kind of felt like a waste of money.

I had indicated in the reservation that it was for a birthday celebration, and we were warmly greeted with "Happy Birthday," which we really appreciated. All the staff were friendly and courteous, and the menu offered a fantastic selection.
