The burgers are still very tasty and there is a large selection of different options, including a fischburger or a veggie. all burgers are served with fries and salat, i.e. with 13 or 16 euro, they are very competitive price. we sat outside for dinner, which also offered a great environment for our meal.

Any vegetarians in France will know that choice isn't something you usual come across when dining out. This is the exception. Other reviewers have mentioned the burgers, of which there are about 4 veggie versions of. In addition, there are several other vegetarian meals on the menu.Not only, but also, it's all very tasty!

Dropped in enticed by reviews and the quirky menu and location. Service was slow and drinks turned up after 40 mins wait for starter. Seemed distracted and very full with many waiting for ages. Watson burger was good when it arrived, chips different and the fried vegetable starter good if a bit greasy. Small kitchen with one lady cooking individually for 50+ covers clearly staff had not turned up and unable to deliver to the reviews historically. Please sort out your staffing!!

We recently visited Sherlock Holmes whilst on a family holiday to Brittany (2 girls 4 and 6). Without doubt this is where we had the best holiday meal. The burgers were absolutely fantastic, also had the best fries ever!You can have the option of either sitting inside or outside, both are really nice.The restaurant is a little hidden away so we are pleased we stumbled upon this little gem.Service was great, and the owners we very welcoming! Also great for kids as there is a good kids menu. Very good value, which helps when you're a tight Yorkshire man ;-)

My husband and I came across this gem of a place while on holiday in Brittany, France. The burgers are homemade and cooked to order in your preference of rare, medium or well done. I had the Jeckyl and Hyde burger and my husband had the Sherlock Grump. They came with chips and salad. It is the best burger I have had in my life! The burgers are named with a Sherlock Holmes theme which I thought was very clever! I The two guys who served us were very friendly and polite and attentive! They also spoke good English which was a bonus which made it easier for us to order! I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely return when next in Brittany on holiday! !

This place is really cool. I tried the Big Ben and this was the best burger I ever tasted so far. Great quality, good service and nice atmosphere.This place is Victorian styled and brings you to the mystery of Sherlock Holmes. If you do not like meat, there are a lot of veggie options as well, like Chili Con Quorn.With top of the bill a tripple burger called Jack the Ripper for those who really love to get stuffed, you really do not leave the table with hunger. We were on holiday in Lignol and decided to visit Quimper so our daughter could take photos for a school project. Lunch beckoned and so we went in search of a vegetarian-friendly menu for said daughter (quite a difficulty so far in rural Brittany). Imagine our surprise then when we saw a large sign for this place with the promise of veggie food. I have to say that the thought of a Sherlock-themed restaurant didn't exactly fill my head with joy but how wrong I was! Drawn in by the name we followed signs down a little side street to discover this little gem in a amphitheatre like courtyard. Having looked at the menu outside we knew we had to stay as all the burgers were photographed and each had a Sherlock Holmes themed name.Upon sitting down we were greeted with menus, that were Sherlock Holmes case studies with the menu printed over them, again all in keeping with the theme.The menu had an extensive range of burgers both meat and vegetarian as well as a good selection of other meals including a whole vegetarian section(rare in france) which included Quorn.Prices were quite reasonable 12 euros up for a burger with other meals ranging about the same, so...

I would have liked to have given more points for eating alone, but have to take a point due to the service. we found this place randomly and eating looked good, gluten-free it is difficult to find french, some where...there is something suitable. when it was a hot day, we sat outside in the courtyard. I ordered a chicken salad, and normally I am underwhelmed when salate arrived, that was amazing. so delicious and so many different components, the only criticism is too much mayo. my man ordered his burger and when my children asked to moan the waitress who did not speak good English, and showed us a page in the menu in French. we are not great French speakers and there was no translation, so...
