"Took me some time to decide should i make review of this place or no,so here it is...make sure you have plenty of time cause its a 4 hours dinner....Before the dinner started chef came out introduced himself and asked about food allergies and tolerance, very nice.kind and professional. There were 7 courses,3 or 4 were plus from the house,a small gesture on a plate.Staff was friendly and relaxed, maybe to relaxed.Food started to arrive, snacks kind of ravioli 4 flavors,we did not found difference i this four flavors,it was dry and starchy.Smoked eel with Stilton cheese was very good. Then pretentious dish served in a imitation of a small aquarium, floor of cold rocks and on top, smoked fish file, chocolate sticks and eggplant chips.Fish was over smoked ,chips way too salty and chocolate why chocolate????I said that salt was too strong and got the answer that chocolate is there to balance the flavors.....ok.......after that we had pork file, beef file, cod fish....all the meats and the fish were perfect, aged meat, tender, tasty, perfectly cooked, fish fresh and perfectly cooked. On other hand side courses from this dishes were poor, again chocolate combinations ( i love chocolate) but that was to much, one sidedish was literally raw onion cut in half moon shape and arranged on dish.....Not impressed by non of this dishes and we are talking about Michelin star restaurant here. The thing that did impressed me was dessert. We were asked if we would like a course of home made cheese plate or predessert, when we asked what it is predessert the waiter refused to tell us even after second time we asked...we ended with one predessert and one cheese plate.Cheese was to acid for my flavor ,as i was told they use lemon for rennet, predessert was combination of chocolate and different fruit couils.Dessert was wonderful crumbled sage sponge cake, with pear ice cream very nice combination. We were offered with homemade praline which were amazing. So is it worth it,some dishes as i said were great but thats just a part of dish and a place of that rang can not afford partly done dish,my opinion is no its not worth of 140 euro per person.Still pastry chef is a bright star of this place"
