"My girlfriend and I visited this sidreria twice, once for her host mother's birthday and another time with her father, and neither occasion disappointed. The food was delicious and promptly served, the wine was good, the waiters were attentive and the ambiance was pleasant. My only critiques are the price of the dishes (some can be a little more expensive than other places) and that although the paella is delicious, the shellfish they serve are harder to eat than other places at which I've eaten. Highly recommended overall."

La mejor comida de la zona. Esta vez probamos menú para llevar y lo sirven perfectamente protegido para llevarlo en coche a casa y disfrutarlo como recién hecho media hora después. Todo de 10.

The place is wooden decorated with tools of the former farmers and peasants land works. It is always crowded so you better book in advance. It is an experience to have lunch/dinner there because it is where (I mean the district the locals are used to go thus you will be surrounded by them. You can have good tapas at the bar and a good meal in the restaurant. I recommend sidra, cachopo, risottos and paellas, mariscada and steak (of course we didn’t have every dish I mentioned ; . Try Gijón sidra district experience !
