Simpson's on the Beach is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food served by a wonderful staff. Starting and ending your meal with pre-dinner drinks at Knights Bar is a great way to enhance your dining experience.

As always we had a great evening at the beautiful Simpson's in the beach restaurant, excellent food (beef wellington to die) , excellent service and a general fabulous time. Cocktails on top were superb... best mixed Cosmo's ANYWHERE!
