"Prévost, tucked away in a hidden courtyard, close to the city centre but unobtrusively located, is an understated, elegant thrill. We indulged in the 9 course tasting menu but rather than add the associated wine flight, selected two thoroughly satisfying wines from the limited but comprehensive house list a red and a white which, supplemented by a glass of dessert wine, provided the icing on the cake of a lovely night. Each course from the menu was perfectly cooked, smartly presented and inventive. Gorgeous as the 'main ' course of hogget was, the real treat was the intense flavour and life of the vegetables, sauces and dressings lifting what might have seemed mundane in description to another level in the mouth."
