"My friend recommended this gastropub saying it was pretty good and offered good value. I was disappointed when I checked the menu beforehand and had already decided to order the Venison Filet, which I was excited to try. However, the menu on Opentable was different from what they currently offered. I ended up choosing Scallops as a starter, which were just okay, and a chicken breast with salad for my main. The chicken was tasteless and tough, not a good choice. My friend had the pork cheek and smoked squid, which were decent. We also had a dessert with vanilla ice cream, which was delicious. We had a beer and two glasses of house wine, and the bill came out to £90. I think it could have been cheaper given the quality of the food and the location in Queen's Park, rather than Oxford Circus. I wouldn't dine here again and wouldn't recommend it to a friend."

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and attentive service. The Bratpork dish at Sunday Bread Pub was one of the best I've ever had. I definitely plan on returning soon.

Been here a number of times now and it has improved dramatically in our last 2 visits and is now our 1st choice for Sunday lunch. The roast beef excellent, service very good (they've brought in some more experienced staff I think), wine very good value and buzzy atmosphere.

The ambience was good. The weather was good and it was pleasant to eatv at a place where the door to the street was open. The waiters were professional, friendly and helpful. My only criticism was that it was extremely noisy and impossible to have a conversation. Although there a quiet adjoining room, we were not offered a table there.

We visited the Salusbury for lunch on new years eve and the dining room was particularly sparse and empty with no decoration (possibly as they were having a party in the evening). The food was good quality, the service was pretty poor we kept having to go to the bar to order as no one was attending to our table even though there were 8 of us. My biggest gripe though is there is only one option for a children's meal which is fish and chips. I asked if they could do anything else and was told it would be charged at full price personally I think paying nearly £15 for a burger for a 7 year old is ripping off the family market, of which there are plenty in this area.
