beautiful small atmospheric caffe right next to the east croydon railway station. the coffee is great and there is an impressive selection of vegan food and cake. View menu

there are always 4-5 vegan cake options and the tee is only heavenly. the only annoying thing is that they can't go after work because they are open only on weekdays until 6 o'clock or Saturday morning.

We held our book club here in the outside area which felt like being in a European city ! The people who run Smooth Bean were so welcoming and helpful. The brunch menu is great with beautiful bread . I can't wait to try their evening menu!
