A bit of a tourist factory… too bad because the staff is competent

Seafood is excellent. This is the second time we come to several years of interval and we always enjoy ourselves as much.

Very good restaurant, good cuisine, quality products at fair prices, impeccable service (professional waiter, thank you Stéphane).

The place is emblematic and decorated with care. I ordered mussels, correct but no more... The server was particularly insistent for extra drinks

An institution in La Rochelle! Very good, I recommend. A little advice, however, is to offer more non-alcoholic drinks (e.g. non-alcoholic beers). Another little tip with coffee (which is quality) a little sweetness with coffee!

Tonight, the negative point was the service! This restaurant has a lot of quality. However, we waited 45 minutes to place the order. The waitress was not smiling, she put the card behind without saying anything, she didn’t tell us the missing dishes in the kitchen. It avoids any exchange with the customers. She was wrong in the rendering of the currency. Don't finish a good-bye. It’s too bad because the frame is nice. The dishes are good and well presented.

Awesome choices, quality and freshness are at the rendezvous, idem for lobsters and wine. Only positive at that level. For the service, unfortunately, one cannot say so much... Nice servers, certainly, but totally outdated. When we arrived at 12:10 and had an Rv at 1.45 p.m., we thought we had ample time for seafood and coffee. But we had to go back to the executioner, without taking the coffee. It's really bad, you're gonna have to review the organization...
