My pizza was good and my wife enjoyed her tasty soup. The broad bean starter was also very nice. The service was excellent and we will definitely be coming back.

We went there Saturday night for a Birthday Party and we all loved it....Great FoodGreat Atmosphereand really charming staff..we would go again once the hangovers have gone..!

Have previously visited this restaurant on many occasions and absolutely loved it but on a recent visit the portion sizes seemed much smaller and therefore overpriced. £22.50 for hummus between 10, a main and a beer is not good value especially when there are so many great Turkish food options in the Hackney area. We went here two nights while staying in London. The first night was great, awesome food and nice service. Then the second night which was our last night in London, we were blown away. My girlfriend was literally in tears of happiness while eating the meal (we had the mixed meze, margarita pizza and izgara grilled lamb) and the manager recommend us places to go in Turkey (which we followed) and surprised us with complimentary Turkish coffees to finish. We walked out beaming, it was better than any of the Turkish food we had in Turkey.

Location is beautiful on a summers evening, decor is lovely. Handy to have the outdoor area and even better now its covered. Am often here when visiting my aunt as I know she is a regular. The food is beautiful and so reasonably priced for portion sizes. I am not a fan of rice but their rice is delicious there is not much on the menu I am not keen on. Will always go back, staff are friendly and accommodating when there are large groups. The only down side I would say is the restaurant itself is not big enough and is usually packed so there's not much space but that is a minor complaint. Am very fond of this place!

A brilliant find after a very cold afternoon wandering around Broadway Market. As we had a dog with us we were shown into the conservatory which was fine as there were wall heaters. The set lunch was really excellent both in value and in quality and when other family members subsequently turned up they were ushered through to join us without any fuss.The staff are really delightful and we left the restaurant feeling relaxed and well fed. Great!I am however puzzled as to why Che Guevara's image is everywhere including on the business card. We were recently in Cuba and do not recall any link with the revolutionary hero and Turkey! First time in the area, my friend took me there for a late Sunday lunch. The food was very good, I can't complain at all, but I understand the comments about service. Our waiter couldn't speak much English, but he was attentive and tried his best. Have ordered starters to share, but it came with the main course, which was not ideal. The bottle of wine I had to open and serve myself (ok, at least open the bottle and serve some wine I wouldn't mind top up myself). There was one waitress that was quite smiley and the only one. I am beyond unimpressed with the service at this restaurant. Me and my friends visited today we could not believe the way that they treated their customers. My friend was served a raw egg on her pizza, which caused the waitress to laugh and say I wouldn 't have eaten that . We were served mayonnaise out of a dirty bottle. And one of my friends was not given cutlery for ten minutes after everyone else despite the fact his food had arrived. The overall experience of a Sunday service was slow and inadequate. I have been here twice, the second visit will be my last one. First time I went with my partner and had breakfast the quality of the food was ok but not worth the price. The service and the overall atmosphere weren't great either, e.g. drinks arrived at random times with no explanation, and nobody asked us whether everything was ok or if we wanted anything else.Second time took the extended family out 6 people in total .
