"Tried this takeaway in the past a few years ago. Felt that their metal containers were to big, so it seemed you had all meat, fish veg at the bottom with curried gravy on top. Tried last month for the first time for a few years. the food was delicious. Came in the plastic containers, that you can wash and re use at home. I asked for something i liked, not on the menu, they made it for me. more a mix between two dishes with saag aloo. I paid on my debit card without asking how much, and worked out at £11 for the whole meal. That is with king prawns and very happy with that for the quality of the food. The food is excellent and affordable for a treat and offer a discount like most for non delivery. Only thing, is as you walk in, needs a facelift. Said this to the new owner. everything is clean, though and offered to help to give ideas on a budget. it is not an eat in place, around the corner from me, and will use again."

We ordered curry over the weekend and it was absolutely delicious! The curry was perfectly spicy and the delivery time was spot on. Definitely the best curry in Loughton.

Absolutely awful food, disgusting attitude from staff and management who take no responsibility for the terrible food and service, and tell you to raise any issues with Just Eat rather than taking ownership themselves.

The best Indian takeaway in Essex is simply delicious. As a vegetarian, I often find that most Indian takeaways are too oily and the vegetables lack flavor and are mushy. However, Spicy Tandoori hits the mark with their first-class food.

The Mutton Buriyani would be 4 Stars! Not oily and tasty too. Sadly the “KING PRAWN SAG” was poor. Hardly any king Prawns. Apparently they chop two king Prawns to “10” pieces! That’s the explanation given to me by the Owner ? . We found very few pieces!! Not tried any other dishes to comment.

I just wanted a nice hot curry for my dinner. The smells eminating from this place on leaving the station are great. Sadly the food did not live up to the smell. The chicken Madras was a sloppy goo with no heat at all, disgusting. The rest was just as bad. Simply put, it was the worst Indian food that I have ever had and an upset tummy next day.

I have always had excellent food from this takeaway gem. My last order was a delicious Chicken Korai, plus plain rice, garlic naan and onion bhajis. Onion salad, poppadoms and dip were complimentary. The lovely people who run it provide brilliant customer service and always make me feel valued as a customer. The menu is varied and the prices are good.
