"Bad food, bad customer service. Today, on Sunday, for the first time ordered there. 1 1/2h hours waiting for food, for a distance of 10min car ride. I'm sorry, but every delivery service from Cottbus is on site faster. Of course, I still accepted food and paid without comment, despite extreme waiting time. Then the hammer: food packed, pizza cold and chicken Wings completely burned. Then called to Spreewaldpizza and comes as answer: I'm sorry, but I can't do anything now. The first and last time in this company ordered something. Customer service appears to be top priority there...."
