Starbucks UK - Menu

The staff were grumpy. It took ages to get my drink. The tables were cluttered as they hadn't been tidied. Generally poor all round

Table, chairs and floor are covered in particular of food and grime. The service was great, but hard to relax when you have to wipe everything down yourself!

Awful. Kids behind counter on their phones. Awful cup of tea. Place was filthy. Couldn't find a table that was clear. 2.60 for a really bad cuppa! I recommend you go elsewhere for your much need drink. View menu

Staff doing nothing but chat behind the counter. Staff member taking orders didn’t seem to know how to operate the till. Staff more interested in their own conversation leading to wrong order or forgetting parts of order. Total chaos

I wanted to leave a review for the quality of customer service I get every time at Starbucks bluewater, always five star and one particular employee remembers my name even when they haven’t served me for weeks, just such a nice touch.

Visited Starbucks Bexleyheath. Due to Covid they were short staffed. Liked the queue system. Seriously unhappy with my drink and the lady serving ignored my request and forgot my straw so I had to make my around the queue in these times to get a straw. **** poor performance. My wife and I went into Starbucks to get a coffee and drink as we had time to kill I put my wife at a table which had no notices on it today don’t sit here my wife is in a wheelchair I then went up to order and he said take away I said no can’t we sit at that table it’s got no notice On it . So he said no take away only there were other people sitting at other tables there was tables with notices but our one had nothing on it no photo did not stay

So, I went there with my friends they ordered the mochiato and coffee and I ordered a tall water and first things first we all ordered tall and received a small. Second my friends got there drink and I was waiting for mine which I ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE and said to a man excuse me I ordered a water and haven't got it and he was nice and said I will get that for you but then another man came and made it for me and when I received it he said next time say please which I found really rude. Because its not my fault I didn't receive everything I ordered with the money that was given

Visited today when meeting my friend. The shop was mega busy and hardly any tables free. We eventually found a table which was literally directly next to two couples either side of us our tables were literally touching. Luckily a family behind us left so we quickly sat at the table. No one came over to wipe the table or remove the empty mugs. I had a cheese and ham panini which was very average didn’t have enough filling in it for me. The hot Chocolate I ordered looked nice but when I tasted it it barely had any flavour. It was luke warm and tasted like warm milk. Won’t be returning. View menu
