"We visit here occasionally for a treat in the form of a good old fry up. There is a large car park here so could accommodate plenty of cars, coaches and lorries. The cafe is clean and we’ve always found the staff friendly. We both ordered the station special which was priced at £5.90 which consisted of 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs, 2 bacon, hash brown, fried bread, beans, tomatoes and a drink. We also added mushrooms which were an additional 90p. They do a few different options and also serve hot dinners/burgers/sandwiches but we’ve not tried anything other than breakfasts."

Breakfast before embarking on the last leg of the Water Railway Walk. Smiling helpful staff and a perfectly cooked breakfast. Can’t fault it

I went for breakfast with my father and the service was quick, the food was delicious, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was cozy on a cold and icy morning.

Forget your fancy coffee if you want a pit stop , simple fare and clean toilets with lots of parking with friendly service stop here. If you are in anyway interested in trains there are lots of photographs to see.

A warm early morning welcome , great start to the day with a breakfast to die for , great start to the holiday we always go here to save on the washing up and cleaning the kitchen on the first day of our holiday , and sometimes on the way back call in for a home cooked lunch .

Stopped here today on the way to Mablethorpe from Heckington, wife and I had a wonderful breakfast. Nothing fancy just a great breakfast with fried bread of all things, no fancy coffee just a good cup of coffee and a mug of tea. Staff very friendly, obliging and competent. Would recommend to anybody passing through.

Disorganized service from inexperienced employees. Had to leave because dogs aren't allowed inside, but there was no clear signage. The bacon in my sandwich was poorly arranged in the middle with margarine. The coffee was so bad that I had to throw it away and find a better cup elsewhere. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I stopped here for brunch on my way out to Yorkshire, and it was sooooo good I had to stop on the way back, and the lovely lady behind the counter remembered me. The service is first class and speedy,it's lovely and clean, you can add or minus any items on the menu from your order, and the food is fantastic. All round excellent and will definitely stop again if I'm out that way.

The breakfast at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic, and for those who are interested in trains, there are many vintage photos displayed on the walls inside. I mentioned to the owner about old photos of the train station from years ago. You can find some on the Disused Stations website. Unfortunately, I can't provide the link here due to Trip Advisor rules, but you should be able to find it easily by searching on Google.

Often stop here when in the area and usually chose the roast dinner option which comes in two sizes its always excellent, tasty and reasonably priced. Today however i decided on a breakfast which was fine until the sausages which were the most horrible ones i have had! could they really not have decent butchers ones as even if they charged a bit more the breakfast would still be good value and would be transformed from mediocre to not bad at all.will stick to dinner in future.
