Delicious food, (papparadelle white asparagus) good wine (I recommend the Riesling) and great service in a fabulous location. That's exactly what you'd want in such a place.

This restaurant is situated on the Dyk overlooking the beach in a fantastic location. The food is excellent and the service matches that. I can recommend a meal at this excellent restaurant.

Alle Gerichte die wir bestellt haben waren sehr gut! Von meinem kann ich sagen es war ausgezeichnet! Fisch mit Risotto. Sehr schön zubereitet und angerichtet! Wir mussten auch nicht lange auf das Essen warten. Der Service war auch gut!Also wir kommen wieder!

If you are looking for atmosphere, very friendly service and good food, this is the place to go. Sit outside and enjoy the view of the beach. Food is excellent and if you are a fish lover you have to try the Fischeintopf (fish stew) but make sure to bring an enormous appetite (or ask for the lady 's portion which is more manageable). Overall one of the best on Wangerooge. And if you stay to see the sunset you 'll even get a warming blanket.

Yes, this restaurant has only a vegan option on the menu. And yes, that's not much. On the other hand, this is a dish that shows that the cook really ensured to create a filling, nourish and tasty meal for vegans: the falafel bowl contains beside falafel: jasmine rice, edamame, peanuts, some fruits, Asian Slav, coriander, avocado, wakame, ... It comes with a delicious sweet-sour curhot sauce and get some rice. Very tasty and you get a very big part.

We stayed at this café/restaurant for a drink and cake in the first afternoon in Wangerooge. It is located in a beautiful location right on the beach and you can even sit in a beach basket while you eat and drink when you want to make the tourist thing. The service was fine and it was nice that it was unhurried so that we could enjoy a rest after our trips. The apple cake in the offer was very nice and we were happy that they made good, fresh coffee for us.

The meal:lamb and beef . Vegies obviously old, the worst Brussels spits I've ever had. The meat is okay, but boiled, and in both cases the severity is extremely oversalted. The service: It is a fact that all these places can only make a life with seasonal foreign workers who are mostly highly motivated and capable and polite. Not here: No salt and pepper on the table, the soup served without bread and a request for some only results in an amazed look that is sub standard. And too expensive.

Waren abends zu dritt. Hatte mittags reserviert mit Hochstuhl. Der Tisch war eingedeckt inkl. Kinderbesteck mit Fensterplatz.Service:Die teilweise hier zu lesende Kritik bzgl. Service kann NICHT bestätigt werden. Der Service war aufmerksam, stets ansprechbar und ging auf Umbestellung ein.Ambiente:Tisch mit Meerblick einfach top. Einrichtung gut und sauber.Essen:Hatte eine ganze Kutterscholle. Es war eine der besten Schollen die ich gegessen habe. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Dabei waren Bratkartoffeln und Salat. Geschmacklich top. Hatten noch Kabeljau (sehr gut). Kinderspaghetti waren auch super. Nicht einfach nur auf den Teller geklatschte Nudeln mit Soße wie bei manch anderen Restaurants...
