"Wir freuten uns mit der Familie auf einen schönen Abend. Bestellten zu dritt Essen a la carte - also nichts Besonderes. Das Essen kam zeitlich OK, doch statt der drei bestellten Essen kamen nur zwei und der Chef, der leider das dritte Essen nicht an die Küche weitergegeben hatte. Als Zwei von Drei fertig waren, kam erst das dritte Essen, was den schönen Abend kaputt machte. Als dann bei der Rechnung noch ein Wein für 28 € gebucht war, den wir gar nicht bestellt und bekommen hatten, hatten wir den Kaffee auf. Schade aber die 90 € waren rausgeschmissen."

"we were on sylt in October and traveled with the train. After we had done some things in our apartment, we wanted to go to the beach and look where we could sit down later for dinner. we have bumped on this restaurant and after checking the prices in the upper area, I went in to make a reservation. they told me that only one table was free, which I understood, because the restaurant looked very nice and was already full. So I said okay and we came back at 8:00. don't get her last table! this table stands next to the bar and on the main street to the kitchen. people sitting on the bar sit a little higher than they, but with the back to their table. also the waiters come at each order (drinks, eating, billing, cleaning the whistle etc). by her table. next to our table stood another small table with a wine cooler on it. first I thought it was for us if we were to order champagne or something. but no, it was like this table was a leap. the food was really good, we had a three-course meat dish and it cost only 30 €. the waiters were fast, but not too attentive. seemingly they took care of those who were lobster and so ate. ;) so I think this restaurant is really nice, but not on this table. that keeps me from giving two stars. as I said, the prices are at the upper end. a small white beer costs 3,80 €; a water-mixed apple juice costs 5,80 €; a small pilsner beer 3,60 €. reserve if you want to go, it is always fully booked. parking is only 3-5 places, as far as I remember. park them on the road or run better there. there are also other comparable restaurants in the same street, taste them also."

"the young service team here is super nice and unobtrusively flott at work.We sat to the second evening layer comfortably outside in the winter garden. As an appetizer we had the yellow fin tuna tartar and the customs house blattsalat. then followed pappardelle with gorgonzola and the lammed Teriyake style. we had hazelnut porfait with blueberries and cream brûlée. what should I say? eating was the awesome! great kitchen performance, as was worked here with the textures and aromen. the lamb wonderfully tender, very fresh products, a yummie salad dressing, the hazelnut charfait totally flavored. I would never have been empty! We come back from this, you don't believe it!"

"we've been too hospitable for years at ingo willms. so far we were always very satisfied with the performance of the kitchen and the absolutely perfect service. I'm sorry, it wasn't like this today. the food was still excellent, but we felt like second-class guests. We were initially assigned a table where we were forgot. several guests who came later were served before us. the bottle wein ordered was kidnapped before eating and we unfortunately saw it while we ate no more. pity, would have been good for eating.We then brought ourselves to the table.Although we are quite able to afford one night there, we had the impression that it certainly helps if you were approx. 75 years old and expensive jewellery wears.We are in cut approx. three times a year on sylt and go out every night. but at the very good offer on the island we will first put out here.Heike and markus"

"one in front, although it is a wine-local, it is excellent to eat (and everything is freshly prepared right behind the counter). even if it is only tapas, you can reorder and reorder again and again depending on hunger and get well-confirmed from the local. the goat cheese has tasted very well with honey, the bliss with salmon caviar and the tiramisu.The wine card is very extensive, only I would have liked a few more open wines. we were four, but unfortunately we couldn't agree on one wein and then instead of one bottle, we ordered four different open weine."

"the restaurant is divided into two adjacent rooms, in which you have more private tables, while in the other you sit next to each other. we were a party of three and ordered an aperitif each. we didn't want to. weeping, but asked to look at the wee menu (that looks very good.) after we told the waiter that after the aperitif we did not order a wee, the service seemed to cool off. of the four work the restaurant seemed to us that we had the most arrogant. all others seemed more to interact with their customers and generally be more friendly. eating, two appetizers, three main and two desserts were mostly big, but unfortunately not all. the skin was great, “cross” enough, but the flesh was gray and dry. the fish in lenses in turn was absolutely perfect and the taste could not have been better. when it came to pay, I received a wrong order back and after I had returned it and asked for the correction, it took well 20 minutes and asked two other waiters before our waiter came back, asked what the problem was and implied he would not return the wrong change. at the end he apologized, but the harm was already done. service matters. a last note, we came into the darkness and it was hard to find the entry into the restaurant and the parking lot was not illuminated well enough to not kick in the padded."

"it speaks for itself that the restaurant has many holiday masters. we also come back again, as we were very satisfied with eating. very friendly reception and very courteous service. a reservation is absolutely recommended. I had not looked at the prices of the drinks. from then the shock came only later when I saw on the bill that I had drunk my most expensive espresso ever. at least! 3,90 euro for an espresso is a proud price. 7,90 euro for a bottle san pellegrino was also not bad elten. to prevent an error, I checked again the drinks prices on the internet. was also good, because maybe I would have come to the idea to approve an aperol splash or hugo for 8,60 euro next time."

If now only two more tables were occupied at that day at that time, it was only because it had been the warmest day until this time. on the day before, I know because I was there, the whole was full of satisfied guests, inside and outside. then, in the critique, which, as already mentioned, was unfortunately made incompetent anonymous, would be complained that outside would not be anything as offered inside. the only reason for this is the size of the kitchen. I don't know if those who have been trying to look at the open kitchen, most private kitchens are bigger. it has something to do with feasibility and nothing else. if they would otherwise have to wait two hours outside for their filet, they would be one of the first ones to complain about the long waiting period. good made meat needs its time! if the extra evening card would be offered inside and outside, at about 70 places then this is simply not satisfactory with the kitchen size anymore. I am also wondering how they come to title the galloway burger as a speciality of the house. as I said, I know the load almost from the beginning and I have never read that the burger is titled. he is a part of the card, no more and no less. did they ask for the kitchen staff? the entire team is competent and always likes to talk and answer them. this is also part of the very successful concept of reblaus wine"

"Da wir beruflich auf der Insel unterwegs sind, suchten wir nach einem anstrengenden Tag noch was gutes zum Abendessen. Telefonisch bei der Seekiste angefragt, ob noch kurzfristig ein Plätzchen für zwei Personen zu bekommen sei!?Die wirklich sehr freundliche Stimme am Telefon, sagte mir, dass aufgrund einer Absage noch ein Tisch im Innenbereich frei sei oder gerne im überdachten Außenbereich. Gesagt getan, kurze Zeit später haben wir uns vor Ort für den Tisch im Außenbereich entschieden. Nach einem kurzen Blick in die tolle Karte und die Tageskarte waren Essen und Getränke schnell bestellt. Die Getränke kamen sehr zügig. Zur Überbrückung gab es noch etwas Brot mit leckeren Dip. Die Hauptspeise wurde nach kurzer Zeit, frisch zubereitet und toll angerichtet serviert. Geschmacklich absolut top und der Service schnell, nett und sehr aufmerksam. So stellen wir uns das vor. Gerne wieder!!"

"the menu has a changing vegan dish that you will receive on request. I was surprised to get one of the best vegan dishes that I had in a non- vegan restaurant: polenta with guacamole, apple-compote, sugary and sweet. very kreatiw and very tasty! also the vegetarian pasta dish was excellent. I would recommend this place definitiw although they do not know exactly what is on the vegan menu and it is a bit pricy as everywhere on sylt (18.50€ for the vegan dish.)"

"in advance: yes in any case you should try the Tatar! we can only agree with all positive assessments. directly at the table you can decide, for example, whether you want to dispense with the cats. homemade potato chips are added - an extremely tasty combination. besides the other classy ones already reported here as the tagliatelle from the parmesanlaib, there is a tempting daily ticket for the appetizers and main dishes. we still had a pifferlings foam, the scholle finkenwerder art (I didn't have a bunch but incredibly much fish), bark fillet and a delicious chocolate souffle to the dessert. attentive and uncomplicated service and a cozy location have everything rounded. we are guaranteed repeating tattoos... there is just too much on the card that wants to be tested. recommended: try yourself!"

"we were there in February 2016. it was great! it is a small multicultural restaurant in the center of this amazing island! eating is Mediterranean and the prices absolutely affordable! the owner is a crazy type, but very polite and accommodating. "Das Restaurant wurde uns für einen Donnerstag empfohlen, da dann immer das "berühmte Rippchessen" stattfindet - sollte eine nette Abwechslung nach vielen Tagen mit köstlichem Fisch sein. Also reservierten wir telefonisch ca. 8 Wochen vor Besuchsbeginn einen Tisch für 18.30/19.00 Uhr und haben uns auf den Abend durchaus gefreut.Wir kamen pünktlich um 18.30 Uhr, der Tisch war auch reserviert, die Kellnerin neutral freundlich. Bis zur ersten alkoholfreien Getränkeabfrage vergingen locker 15 min. Wir baten um eine Weinkarte, erhielten zunächst nur die Speisenkarte, in der nur offene Weine standen. Wieder 10 min warten, Weinkarte erhalten, nur eine kleine nicht so ansprechende Auswahl-schade.Wir bestellten eine bunte Auswahl an Vorspeisen und Hauptgängen. Die Suppen waren lecker.Zu den Hauptgängen:- Rinderfilet mit Pommes und Trüffelmajo: top! - Backfisch mit hausgemachtem Kartoffelsalat: knusprig und lecker- Scholle mit Speck und Zwiebeln: OK- Rippchen: echt nicht knusprig! Total zerkocht, Marinade langweilig gewürzt und die Ofenkartoffel in Fertig-Kräuter-Soße ertränkt! Das war echt traurig!Als die Kellnerin dann irgendwann mal zum abräumen kam, fragte sie auch vorsichtshalber nicht, ob es geschmeckt hat...sondern legte die Dessertkarte auf den Tisch, "wir sollen uns doch noch schnell was leckeres aussuchen" und ging...Wir wollten dann bei ihrer letzten Abräumrunde das Wort ergreifen, da kam dann die vermeintliche Chefin des Restaurants hinzu, um uns mitzuteilen, dass wir kein Dessert mehr bestellen können, da der Tisch jetzt anderweitig belegt sei und die andern Gäste schon warten würden. Man äße hier an manchen Tagen immer in 2 Etappen (18-20 und ab 20.30 Uhr) und man könne sich nicht vorstellen, uns dies bei der Reservierung nicht gesagt zu haben...Wir sollen bitte zahlen und gehen ?! Es war 20.30 Uhr...Lange Grundsatz Diskussion - kurzer Sinn:Unfassbar schlecht rüber gebracht das Ganze! Professionelles Reklamationshandling gleich null!"

I had to leave the island on business tomorrow. "Sehr gutes Essen. Deutsche Gerichte spannend u.a.asiatisch interpretiert. Wir hatten jeder Vorspeise und Hauptgang, eine Suppe als Zwischengang und ein Dessert. Eine gute Weinkarte, auch gute offene Weine mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Restaurant wäre eine super Empfehlung, wäre der Service nicht so schlecht gewesen - aufgesetzt, blasiert und mit merklich unterschiedlicher Behandlung der Gäste in einem nur halbvollen Restaurant. Da im Wintergarten nur insgesamt drei Tische belegt waren hörte man jedes Wort des Service an den Nebentischen. Allen anderen Gästen außer uns wurde bspw. der hochgelobte selbstgemachte Eierlikör nach dem Essen angeboten ("wir möchten ja das sie wiederkommen") und auch Desserts, die weder auf Karte noch Tageskarte erwähnt wurden ("und da haben wir auch noch ein ganz tolles Blaubeersorbet"). Und für einen Teil der Gäste, die alle zum ersten Mal da waren, gab's dann noch den Schnaps auf's Haus, den die Herren vom Service auch gern am Tisch mitgetrunken haben. Man merkt, dass die Servicetruppe früher im Rauchfang war... Schade für die sehr gute Küche, denn so wird man sich im kompetitiven Umfeld der Insel nicht halten können."

"we tried this evening the first time the butcherei auf keitum, I have been in a mood since rd. 35 years on the island and was never there. the menu promised homemade burgers and accordingly we ordered two.The result unfortunately did not look after it. the first two burgers were still raw inside, which is why we read them. kindly and without expecting this we received two new burgers. We were offered as compensation an espresso or digestif, but the question "homemade or frozen" was kept dead, for us commented enough that we were right about our judgment. so if the burgers are not served, what is on the menu, how is it about us beef or australian beef?. at least we are seriously disappointed by the butchery and will no longer go."
