I asked for a vegidelight with everything but tomato. They tried to give me one with nothing but tomato. At the end I got one with just salade, onions and paprika. Where's the rest?? View menu

The first problem encountered at this Subway was in the service whilst ordering, I asked for a “small sub of the day” because the staff couldn’t speak a word of English, instead they made a footlong and when I came to pay, I told the...cashier that I only asked for a six inch but I was forced to pay for the footlong because “its already been made”. Absolutely disgusting customer service! To be fair to them, the Subway tasted good, however, it seems like they don’t have anyone working on the lobby because we had to clean a table ourselves to sit down, not really what I expect from a large chain like Subway.

One star is way too much but this subway is trying to get as much money as possible. Customers are asked to get through the line fast. I was asked which sauce I wanted and within 3 seconds they decided that BBQ was the one for me, no confirmation asked. Then I wanted to pay and the guy (see photo) was angry because I wanted to pay by card and the paper for receipts was empty. He had to get new paper and asked if I was able to pay by cash. My answer, as I was already irritated by this guy, was no, not enough or you have to deal with 60 cents. That made him even more angry and he didn't talk to me after. We went with optimism that we could know Subway and get something we like and very fast. Once we've joined together, we're starting to question our decision, but thought "it's a subway, the food's gonna be okay, right?' It might be the most disgusting subway I've ever been there. Very surly staff that consisted of a coke can is 1.25, although the shield in the cooler clearly says 1.00. He just didn't want to accept 1,00ea. The well-known subway sign radiated like a lighthouse and enticed me. When entering, I was already familiar with the recognizable layout and options. I chose my way to the standard steak and cheese on a honey oat bread. When checking the salad options, I noticed that the iceberg salad was not so fresh and suspiciously tanned. The other objects had joined together, contaminating each other with careless abandonment, and the two presumably staff members (after all, they wore a subway uniform) seemed more interested in each other than in creating any lunch order.
