"Customer service okay, food disaster. I had 2 12 pieces avocado with salmon maki (actually with truffle mayonese but there was probably a problem with the app), 1 lemon chicken, and Tokyo shoyo ramen. The ramen arrived without soup, with 5 small dry old pieces of meat, a bit of vegetables, the noodle was soaked and soggy and probably quite old. The lemon chicken was dry. Chicken was tasteless and dry, the maki were definitely older because they were harder and the salmon was already slightly hardened. I called and they said they would bring a new one, and the new one was fine. Then the person on the phone asked me why I was writing a bad review and wanted me to delete it. Supplier was nice. Nevertheless, I won't order again, the food has been worse every time."

Never again! No idea what we got, but not the teriaki chicken we ordered. The promised coleslaw wasn't there either. Microwave bubblegum rice. No promised free drink or dessert......But UNPEELED carrots???? Are you serious? I don't even want to know how the rest is prepared. It used to be supposedly good, but now it's definitely not. Actually my favorite Asian, today I was bitterly disappointed. Tofu Love consisted of a few cubes of tofu, some of which no longer tasted fresh. You had to look for the vegetables with a magnifying glass and unfortunately they weren't edible. It tasted a bit fishy. The portion was terribly small, but in this case I had to throw it away anyway. The rice was half a bowl. Do you have a new chef? Are you never happy? In this case, the health department should actually be involved. At least you have one less customer. A real shame .
