A very relaxed and spacious café that serves the most delicious vegan food. That's right, vegan. We're not vegan but we plan on eating here again. We had the Bento Box Salad, which is a selection of three salads from the salad bar. Plus and side order or hummus and chilli jam — it was mega.

This place has became my new favourite vegan spot in Bournemouth. Everything I have tried from the raw vegan treats, smoothies, loose teas and all day breakfast have just been so tasty! Can't recommend this place more, staff are more than friendly an it is just a lovely relaxed vibe. Ps you have to try to pancakes !

Been itching to come to this place because I love yoga. I attended a class and afterwards admired the delicious array of ‘proper’ health foods beautifully arranged. I had a turmeric latte and a ‘snicker’ bar and my husband had a juice. Love the unusual crockery and antique cutlery. It was absolutely amazing, you can’t beat vegan cakes! The latte was perfect. Can’t wait to return here.

We've had drinks here before, but had our first evening visit last Thursday. The carrot and nut burger was excellent as were the accompanying salads. I'm told the mushroom Stroganoff was very good too. I can totally recommend the matcha smoothie. The staff are lovely and there is a great atmosphere. The incense adds to the wonderful vibe. I was walking with a friend and then I saw this little shop on the other side of the street and decided to go inside. What a wise decision, we absolutely fall in love with this place because it has such a great atmosphere. We went for a fruit sweet smoothie but with coconut milk and a chocolate chips cookie. Everything was so tasty with a great presentation. We had a really good time there. I'll come back for sure.

I discovered the new Sukha lounge after a friend took me. it is a fantastic caffe that offers delicious vegan snacks/ mealtimes. I am not vegan but enjoy the food and the relaxed atmosphere; I find it perfect to revise in (the student discount also helps the employees are fantastic and are very chatting and advised what food/drinks recommend them. Hope that the sukha lounge continues to thrive as it is a wonderful addition to the opposite. thank you, amelia x

we went to sukha lounge on recommendation for a family dinner. immediately we all felt relaxed in the environment and sat on the huge sofa. the owners were smart and not overcrowded the floor space with tables and therefore there is a nice feeling of the room. our dogs were greeted without delay. the staff was very friendly and polite and soothing that eating was vegan. there were also gluten-free options and they didn't hit any eyelid when I asked if they had vegan and gf options. the other mozens were also very friendly, chatting and also seemed to eat and enjoy the atmosphere.
