Got these bbq ribs from superpizza, one of the worst things I have ever brought and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

We ordered a pizza it wasn’t very clear and the wrong thing got brought to us we then called to see if they can do anything and the man on the phone and the delivery man was very rude towards me, I will never be ordering on here again

The pizza was delicious and the delivery person was friendly. I had a nice chat with him about pizza for about half an hour. He even offered me his phone number, but I had to decline because my husband, who is a male stripper, was on his way home from work. I ordered the pizza at 7:00 PM and it arrived at 10:00 PM even though I only live a mile away. When the pizza finally arrived, it was soggy and incorrect. I had ordered a cheese pizza but instead received one with pepperoni, to which I am allergic. Additionally, the coke I ordered was flat. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

We regularly use Super Pizza for a Pizza delivery and are consistently happy with the service. Usually we go for the Super Pizza Special 2 large Pizzas, garlic bread, chips, bottle of drink Barbecue or spicy chicken wings and potato wedges or Ice cream of your choice all for £24.95. The toppings on the pizza are generous and unlike a lot of the pizza sellers you can still get a decent Sea food Pizza.

Ordered from here on Tuesday as I havent been here before and got the meal deal of a pizza, drink, chicken wings and garlic bread and chips! Thought it was great for the value! Unfortunately that same evening I woke up to puking and becoming seriously unwell. I am currently still very ill from this. I never got around to trying the pizza as I only had the chicken. So where do I start we got the food and it was cold, start opening everything up and its all soggy and not edible! They sent us the wrong ice cream, when we called up to complain they got very rude and abusive,said its not possible and when questioned why they sent me the wrong ice cream, they said we dont do that with the meal so then why is it available as a option on your menu??? Disgusting wouldnt send me the ice cream and just told us to complain online, its not good enough!!

I've been a super pizza fan for a month now and I'm sorry but I can not relate at all with the negative reviews, maybe it's because I get my pizza in their branch rather than delivery BUT the pizza always tastes great,I love the garlic dip they give, the bbq chicken wings are delicious and I always get their garlic bread. I have no complaints and will continue to buy. Thank you super pizza, you've saved me from hunger many a late night after long shifts at work when I get back to Ashford 11pm!

We placed an order tonight and realized that three ice cream were missing, which were replaced with two small slices of chocolate cake. Additionally, a super large cheese and tomato pizza with cheese stuffed crust was missing. We called the restaurant to inform them that we had paid for two ice cream and the missing pizza, but they did not want to listen to our explanation. Our order totaled nearly £40, and we were very disappointed that they did not offer a refund or delivery of the missing items. We were unhappy with their attitude towards resolving the issue.
