"If I read the reviews here, you don't get a sushi in the Sushi Circle. Last week I redeemed my gift voucher for the Sushi cooking school in the Sushi Circle in the Potsdamer Platz Arcaden and would like to briefly report here how my impression was when looking into the kitchen and behind the scenes. The Sushi cooking school started a bit unhappy, as from Saturday to Sunday the clocks were set an hour before summer time, only unfortunately no one apparently told the sushi masters all came too late. With a three-quarter of an hour delay, the cooking school started to run personally by the managing director, whom someone had taken out of bed during his vacation. No matter the better for us, we have more insight into the Sushi Circle. We were inaugurated in the art of rolling Maki, Futomaki and Nigiri, it seems all very simple, you get the turn out as well but it requires a lot of exercise to get the roles in the right size and also visually well. Here comes the first positive impression, one was not restricted to quantity and also the type of ingredients throughout the cooking school, everything was allowed and was available without restriction. Of course, the self-made sushi could be taken home afterwards, I think we only fed us two days from sushi. It has been very much fun and we will certainly also make private with friends sushi themselves. The kitchen was very clean, even on and under the area where the rice is prepared was all clean and no dried rice grains stuck somewhere. The rice is restocked and prepared every morning, so that enough rice is available over the day with the 4 rice cookers in the kitchen and the small space offer, the no other chance to freshly prepare the rice. The managing director pays attention to the quality of his purchases and has given us many tips on how to obtain good and also good fish quality, the entire pickled vegetables, a good reismarinade and the sushi accessories. He was very convinced of his concept and his offered goods. Also what we have processed into sushi made everything a very fresh impression, cleanly stored and tailored by the cook. There are no large storage areas or refrigerators in the kitchen where you can store prepared sushi and a view into the refrigerators shows no storage of prepared sushi. So I can confirm that the sushi is freshly prepared before it comes to the band. The question that arises when you are supposed to get old sushi is how long the rice roll is already in circles. Certainly, the concept is geared towards Sit and Go and therefore does not require a cozy ambience, but for Sushi it is going through. I give 3 stars because everything was clean and fresh as well as a high fun factor. Location in the UG is not so great and also not cozy."

I bought sushi for take away, but was disappointed about the taste and flavour. Very average sushi and I wouldn´t go back another time.

Whilst the staff were friendly and the restaurant was nice, I've tasted much better sushi than this. Prices were reasonable though and there was a good selection of takeaway items.

All fresh, Operation beautiful, Service-Fott. Otherwise railway signs. Not the cheapest sushi in town. However, if you are in the area and everyone has a different appetite, the companion can also join the food from the competitor.

we went to the sushi cicle in the Arkaden shopping center near potzdammer platz. The offering looks attractive, but the bill runs up quickly as you pick plates from the conveyer belt. The sushi itself was freshly prepared by a cook in front of our eyes. OK for a quick bite, would not recommend if you are looking for something more at ease. View menu

Sushi Circle is a fast food style sushi chain in Berlin. You can choose between a sitting area with tables, a takeout or the kaiten belt. At 8.90 Euros for quite a large bowl of soup and four sushi plates (except for speciality plates) the lunch deal is quite a good offer. Apart from that it's slightly pricy. Food quality differs quite substantially among plates. Some are on the belt for quite a long time. It's rather crammed.

First impression coming in and seeing about 200 dishes rotating on a conveyor belt while being the only customer is: I wonder how long the food has been on display. Certainly not the finest sushi but surprisingly decent: very good quality and properly cooked rice for sushi, fish is fresh though not the best quality you can find. Friendly service from Vietnamese-German chef. Can't find anything to complain about this place when you just want to have some quick and decent sushi

This place does a good lunch deal - drink, soup, 4 plates from the sushi bar for 8.50 euro BUT the sushi selection is a bit bizarre. If you like odd takes on sushi, go there, if you like traditional stuff, you'll be hard pressed to find 4 plates. My advice is to avoid the thing that looks like salmon on a california role as it is actually smoked salmon. Other interesting roles have fruit inside and fish on the outside. Would recommend the sushi place in Sony Center instead if it isn't packed! View menu

The Sushi Circle has a chic treadmill. The sushis are transported in individual plates with different colors after they are prepared in front of the customers' eyes. In addition to the well-known sushi (Maki, Nigiri, Inside-Out, etc., there are also other, more unusual things to discover, such as seagrass or squid salad. Finished menus are also sold in plastic boxes to take away. The offer regarding the all-you-can-eat offer is very good. Otherwise, the price-performance ratio and the service were also good.

I've known the Sushi Circle for many years when the restaurant chain had its first branch in French street. I do not find the branch at Potsdamer Platz as cozy as those at Kudamm, but the food and the price are also here. We arrived at 17:00 and then at 20:00. The waitress was friendly and also asked if we would like to order drinks. The sushi fish is high quality and delicious. There are also special creations that are not included in the all you eat menu and therefore cost extra. But there was a minus on that day, and the tuna has long been on the band as he did not look red but brownish, and when I tried, he tasted funny. But now must not go as deep into the minus as we were satisfied her...
