They had a separate vegan menu that is not well advertised, but when I asked they were happy to accommodate. We had banana blossoms and chips. It was great. Really delicious.

I tried the banana blossom fish and chips at this restaurant and it was really good. I requested thinner pieces because I don't like the large pieces that tend to make the batter soggy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We went on a Friday night and it's the best pub in the area for vegan food. There were three appetizers, 4 main thing and 2 desserts, plus staff on which beers were vegan. I had banana flower fish and chips and it was excellent (forgot to make a photo! . Super friendly staff will return.

I had the banana blossom fish and chips and it was so realistic that I really thought it was fish (I checked and it was definitely vegan)! If you miss fish and chips, I would recommend. You seem more creative dishes since the last time, I went, now with a tagin and Mediterranean tart option, and to begin corn ribs and nachos. I have to go back and try this!!

We are obsessed with Joules pubs and have been wanting to visit this one for a while. We only had a drink so weren't there long at all, but the staff were friendly and it's a beautiful pub. The car park is reasonably sized but when it's busy, I imagine parking is a nightmare. The only downside to this is it's on a busy country road so sitting outside isn't overly peaceful. But it's perfect if you sit in we'll definitely be coming back for food.

I tried the banana blossom fish and chips and was pleasantly surprised by how realistic it tasted, I actually thought it was fish at first (but it was confirmed to be vegan)!! If you're craving fish and chips, I highly recommend this dish. The restaurant has added some new creative options to their menu since my last visit, like a tagine and Mediterranean tart, as well as corn ribs and nachos for starters. I'm excited to go back and try these new dishes!!

Only called in for a pint, after a 'full on ' meeting, on the way home. Very conveniently on the side of a well used road this is not an issue, in fact v. conveniently, though not scenic though not relevant, as the inside has been well renovated in a historic, appropriate to the area style. V. best beer I 've had in the area for a while believe me there are a number of places that serve good beer. I shall return next week to eat too. Excellent welcoming helpful staff

My experience at this pub on a Friday night was fantastic! It is the top spot in the area for vegan food. With a selection of three starters, four mains, and two desserts to choose from, there is something for everyone. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about which beers were vegan-friendly. I tried the banana flower fish and chips and it was delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture! The staff were incredibly friendly and I will definitely be coming back again.
