"we have been coming in soverato for many years and always try to find new good restaurants. this restaurant has exceeded our expectations. the food itself was incredible, very high standards and internationally inspired (Italian) kitchen with very surprising and tasty aromas. not the typical dishes that they can find anywhere in kaalabria, but still true for its coming. also the atmosphere was very nice, well thought out interior decor and the service was excellent. as an antipasto I had the tartare di manzo an Italian variant on steak tarts, very well balanced and tastefully aromen and beautiful presentation. also the main course, the pasta with gamberoni, sun-dried tomato sauce and cream from burrata was excellent. my father had the thunfish with a mandible crust with caramelized wobble. before we have ordered wine, we have a glass champagne/brut as welcome drink. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high quality dinner in a beautiful ambiente just a few steps away from the Soverato main road. my compliments to the new owners of this restaurant."

today with my man moved to eat. we had thunfish and duck with a red wine reduction it was really delicious. great value for money, great service and we will definitely return.

E' molto. fantastico in tutti i punti di vista: posizione, servizio impeccabile, cibo di qualità. E' un percorso favoloso. in due notti abbiamo assaggiato sia piatti di pesce che di carne e ora andremo anche una terza sera.

Siamo andati a cena per caso in questo ristorante che rimane un po' nascosto. che dire non avrà certamente la vista e non sarà sulla spiaggia ma abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, ottimi antipasti di pesce e secondi di pesce, ottimo servizio e prezzo in media.

the swing is a perfect location with great menu, selected great eating and excellent service. we are thrilled by the young chef who took care of the guests and explains the fresh and selected food he served. amazing! we went mainly for fish and it was fantastic! well prepared, well served and added with selected calabrian crying! the place is a vey beautiful design. we live to see how Calabria’s young people help develop their country. this place is an example. excellent, fresh, exceptional, authentic.
