"It was from the few places we found in the maspalomas that were less touristic in the menu there was not much variety of canarian food, it was quite fusion food as you can find in any gastrobar. the only thing we tasted typical of there were the wet potatoes that were very good, although the salsa did not seem very homemade, and a mousse of gofio, which was also good. we complement everything with an octopus pineapple and a cod salad, avocado and pepper pepper peppers. the food was very good, but to the extent that the amount was small for the price it had. After several days on the island I discovered another pergola coffee restaurant a less touristic and more typical place of a village bar with quite a few typical options canarian at a fairly affordable price."

Lovely food and great staff. We ate here tonight on 28th October and the staff were amazing. Explained the menu and were very friendly. Food was amazing and good quality. Would highly recommend

The lids are of good size but everything was reheated (except the peppers of the pattern) and the cheese was supposedly manchego but I doubt it. the service was good, but better. price is not bad.

Although the sign is temporarily closed, it has only been closed for a few days of vacation, and it has reopened the doors. do not hesitate to eat in tertulia and enyesque. quality in all dishes. highly recommended.

Very good tapas, and the waiters were lovely. Really delicious tapas (loved the fried cheese/croquettes especially). Aoili best we've had here so far. The service was excellent, from making paper flowers to our children to ordering a taxi. Very attentive. Will definitely return.

We stayed in Maspalomas for a week and had lunch here twice. We wish we’d found this place sooner. Authentic place, no tourist trap as many others. Friendly staff and very fast service. We appreciated waiter’s recommendations. Food was delicious. Garlic prawns and the red tuna tartare were super tasty. Only downside is there isn’t a baby changing facility in the toilets.

"During our winter stay on the island of Gran Canaria we stayed four times in the bar restaurant Casa Antonio, located in Santa Lucia de Tirajana. In the village there are three other restaurants but, we always opted for Casa Antonio because it is the safest as unlike the others it has a good level of hygiene. The structure of the restaurant is characteristic as it is obtained from an old Canarian house. The interiors are decorated in a traditional but elegant way, the bathrooms are quite large and above all clean. It has a small terrace that unfortunately is not very enjoyable because it faces directly on the road and cars pass too close at high speed. The menu is rather trivial, you eat the same things you can eat in any other traditional restaurant on the island. The quality of the elements is certainly not excellent, the wine list is a bit poor with not exactly cheap prices. The Service, considering that all four times we have been to Casa Antonio the restaurant was half empty, was entrusted to a boy of about 40 years, kind but not overly nice and uncommunicative, his presence does not contribute to creating a relaxing atmosphere. In my opinion, given that the place is almost always empty and tendentially sad, it would be appropriate for the service to be entrusted to a more cheerful, dynamic, engaging person, probably a female figure would be more appropriate. Practically once the meal has been eaten, all that remains is to remain seated at the table in silence. It 's a real pity because the place is suitable for continuing the evening by drinking some spirits, for example, listening to good music and perhaps socializing with the other customers who are missing in this case. I rate the experience in Casa Antonio with two stars because, despite being the best restaurant in the town of Santa Lucia, it offers an extremely boring atmosphere."
