I regret booking this restaurant for our pre theatre dinner. Service very poor and long queue to wait to order food and drinks . Meal was cold and sent back… something I’ve never done before! It was chaotic and no management system in place .

Stopped for food and a few drinks. Food and drinks quite average, however the staff member, Darren, was absolutely outstanding! We were sat next to bar, therefore we witnessed ever other customer experience Darren's great customer service, that we had too !

Had a wonderful experience this morning at the restaurant. The cappuccinos and Scottish breakfasts were delicious. The location was excellent, offering stunning views of the Clyde and surrounding hills. The staff were welcoming and lovely. Thank you for a great visit.

Stand at the wrong part of the bar and they will ignore you, because they are lazy and don't want to turn their head or worse still have to move to ask you what you want. You have stand in front of them while they are at the till to get served. Not what you call friendly and I won't ever go back there, my advice is go up the road to the beefeater if you want good service.

If I were to review the service alone, it would receive top marks thanks to the friendly and chatty male waiter who genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. However, the female bartender, who may have been a manager, was incredibly rude to my daughter. Despite this, the wait for food was not long, and it was well received by our group celebrating my mom's birthday. The prices were also reasonable.

We had booked an area and had quite a large booking the queue for the bar was horrendous and took at least 30 mins to serve drinks The girl in charge had zero customer service skills and was quite rude to a number if people from our group Also a few in our group had ordered jack Daniels and we're served god knows what but definitely not jack Daniels I would not recommend booking an occasion here

The chicken tikka I ordered was the worst I've ever had. The sauce was watery, the chicken was reheated and tasteless. I paid almost £10 for this plate of food (excluding the stolen chips from my child's plate) and I will never order it again. Although the restaurant was quiet, the dessert took way too long to arrive and I had to ask for it in the end. My son enjoys eating here so we will continue to come back, but I am uncertain about ordering food in the future.

We had a booking for food , to say its worst meal we've had is an understatement! One of the group sent hers back itwas chicken supposed to be stuffed with haggis nope ! The haggis silced and on top of the chicken! I got sea bass which was minute, but it was edible nothing to rave about , the chicken tasted of fish we were told it was steamed and we asked what along with the seabass? Never got an answer to that question ! Then a refund was offered which we took ! I'm afraid never again will I pesonally set foot in this restaurant food is very poor ! And not cheap either for rubbish they sell ! Ps not faulting the bar service or waiter waitress service they do their best with the little staff...

We were here on Saturday and had an enjoyable meal and pleasurable time despite the awful weather, we haven't been here before and probably wouldn't have stopped in if not for the ridiculous weather but we will definitely be back the next time we are in town. We stopped in here in order to escape the weather and give the roads a chance to clear a bit, the staff that also managed to make it in couldn't have been more welcoming, I am sure they would rather have been at home under a warm blanket but they remained upbeat and helpful and despite the torrential rain pouring down outside, they still had warm smiles on their faces and genuinely helped make a gloomy day better in the face of what mus...
