In the month of the tomato of hanging, the tasting menu of gaudir is a fantastic experience. several dishes with the tomato as protagonist, in order and quantity very balanced.To highlight the cocktail (like a **** mary with mango), the corvina at low temperature (what texture. the rib of Iberian (impecable) and the tomato with black pepper ice cream. very rich the local syrah of roques negres, perfect the service and very nice the final chat with the chef marc Martorell.
