We did not try the dinner menu but were guest in the B B and coffee and pastry was provided in the mornings.

Tenuta linazza per me è il blu del cielo che si rispecchia negli occhi di 6 persone meravigliose che ho avuto il piacere di conoscere. Essere lì è sentirsi a casa, coccolati da cibo strepitoso, una cura e un attenzione verso il prossimo e tantissima convivialità. Semplicemente tutto stupendo, soprattutto loro, una famiglia occhi cielo.

We had dinner during our 3-night-stay in the B&B and it was simply the perfect end to every day! All the products were fresh and high-quality and the cuisine by the chef Emilio was awesome, I can't help but drool every time I remember our dinners there! They also kindly explained us their oil-making process (which they also do there) and answered all the questions which we peppered at them! No need to say that I absolutely recommend it!

Beautiful location with a very beautiful ambience. The food is completely fish and seafood oriented and on a high quality. Unfortunately no one told us that parts of the starter we ordered were the same as the secondo. First we had the chef recommendation that Gnocchi tried with Prawns. Sad there, where in total only 2 small shrimps on the plate. The service tried to be successful, but it was very far away from a professional service. In particular our hosts at Tenuta Linazza (masseria) in Castiglione d'Otranto were most welcolming and the food was genuine Italian with a wide variety of dishes available ranging from delicious desserts to great pasta and seafoood dishes accompanied by high quality Puglia wines. Emilio is a chef extraordinaire as well as being a most professional and insightful guide into Puglia customs and culture. His family members Clara, Michel and Antonio also acted as tour guides and shared these same attributes.
