"Great location overlooking the river. Friendly staff. Very noisy. Quick to take drinks order. Disappointed to see that there was no vegetarian choice for the Sunday roast. Ordered the vegan Wellington. My husband had the beef roast. The food took a long time to arrive it was delivered without enough cutlery. My husband’s meal was not very warm but looked really nice. My vegetables and potatoes were very tasty, however the vegan Wellington was really heavy to eat it tasted like a big fat cheap vegan burger shaped into a “wellington” pastry was very thin and soggy underneath I couldn’t eat it all and would not recommend it. We both had deserts they were ok."

We booked a table for a Sunday Dinner this time and we was not disappointed I had the roast Chicken oh my was so moist, packed with flavour and tasted amazing, one on our table was vegetarian and went with the vegan wellington and absolutely loved it, they said it was so full of flavour and the puff pastry was so flaky and it did not have a soggy bottom as my nan would say lol and everyone else enjoyed there food as well. Thank you to all the staff who were so friendly and helpful as all ways with their recommendation of food and drinks We Will defo be back and will recommend to family and friends
