"After making a reservation, we called ahead to confirm everything was in order, as one of our guests had allergies. However, when we arrived at the restaurant on the day of our reservation, they were unaware of our booking or the allergies. As a result, we were only able to order three afternoon teas and one salad, as the restaurant was unable to accommodate our lactose intolerant friend.
