"We are a party with a customer with very limited mobility and who is blind. Despite having very particular needs, the team always make us feel special and welcome. A table compatible with the wheelchair is reserved without us asking and the staff are really helpful without intruding. Overall I would say the pub is one of the best run that I have been to, with enough staff to help Sall customers have a great time and a warm and caring culture."

A nice place to eat with some great scenery, this is a good place to take take your dogs the only thing that let it down was the long list of things they didnt have in stock.

We had no issues during our visit. We all enjoyed our food and were fit for bursting by the time we left. The prices were good for the portion sizes. We've always enjoyed eating here and will do again. Staff were also friendly.

We decided to try the fish and chips that caught our eye during our last visit, and we were very pleased that we did because it was excellent. The fish was perfectly cooked with a light, crispy batter. Great job, Gemma! Bonnie also loved her sausages from the doggie menu.

We met as two couples for a lunch that we all enjoyed. The food was well prepared and nicely presented. The two gammon steaks and the Hunter's Chicken from the main menu were particularly well received. The atmosphere was comfortable and the meal was good value for money. Thank you.

Food took 120 minutes to arrive for a party of 7 with 3 kids so wasn't the easiest keeping them happy. Meals came out with at different times and incorrect, with some sides also coming out after meals were finished. People had arrived after us and received meals before us and left before we had started. Food was nice once arrived and felt sorry for the waitresses as they kept apologising who.

I've been going here for many years and have always loved going the food is always great and the staff are friendly there is a big field for kids to run and play on and a little walking trail where you can take the dog for a walk and then come back and have a nice cold drink (good dogs are welcome with drinking bowls outside) , and also there is a little park for small kids to play on. Overall it's a brilliant place to visit.
