The cabbage hall is my favourite food is always top notch food a little more pricey but worth it bev is amazing lovely lady who runs a great pub lovely atmosphere.

Vast pub in city suburbs. Popular with diners as it has an extensive and tasty menu at a good price point. Clean and comfortable with a good beer garden for the nicer days.

The food was ok although we had to send the kids chips back as it had a hair in it. Ordered capri suns for the kids which were £1.90 each which was a bit pricey so ordered a half pint of cordial with water and was charged £2! Not good value for money and unfortunately won't be back

Found this place by searching places to eat near me and booked table for 8. We were shown straight to our table and ordered drinks. All of our party had different meals and they all really enjoyed each meal. Prices were very reasonable, only staying for weekend but will be visiting again before we leave. Thanks

Been here many times for food and drinks.. Came today and was served by a lovely polite gentleman. Had the steak which was alright, wouldn’t say worth £19 though. Went to the bar again after for drinks, waited a while, and two people were served before me by the same girl (miserable looking one with an accent) who definitely saw me waiting before them both. Gave up and left.

My Mums Funeral 30th May 2023 Just wanted to say a big thank you to Bev and all the staff at the Cabbage Hall Pub in Anfield for helping us to give Mum the best send off they were brilliant, we certainly did celebrate her life the way she would have wanted us to…..Mum loved to do the twist hence the video attached, our Keith’s knees just about held out . Also a huge thanks to our Chan and family for the beautiful decorations the room looked lovely

Shocking prices we always use the cabbage however we visited during a large family get together and you can't justify paying £15 for 2 pints and 3 cordials... the coridal with tap water was more than a caprisun! £2 each half glass of cordial you don't even pay thay much per bottle when your ordering your stock. Not to mention the hair in the food which was sent back and replaced... sad to say we won't be coming back anymore any of us we will be going elsewhere down the road.

This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure will love it I'm sure! Excellent service and food as usual. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone. The management and staff go out of their way to offer you the best they have.

Came for a meal to celebrate my late Gran's birthday. The service was really great. We got a table straight away despite it being a Friday night, and quite busy. The table we were given was a little bit sticky, but this was resolved very promptly, and Bev (the manageress, I think) was lovely. To start we ordered spring rolls, nachos and halloumi fries. The spring rolls came with sweet chilli sauce, and salad. The Halloumi fries also came with sweet chilli sauce, salad and a little bit of flat bread. Nachos came with LOADS of cheese, salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Portion sizes were massive. Food was also hot and fresh. For mains we opted for pie, chips peas Gravy. The pie was delicious, lo...
