The Colonel Fawcett

I think this is a great pub from the tourist routes of camden. the personal is always friendly and the drinks are fair. high deck and lots of space inside with a beautiful beer garden both protected and open.

we visited here at the weekend and the staff really went out of the way to feel so welcome and special. they are all very friendly and it feels like they go out of their way to make them feel as comfortable as possible. big scream for joel, nod and ben!

had a reservation and what a wise decision it was! I must say that the best Brat-Ass had in years! the black was absolutely delicious. the greens and gravy were fantastic. recommend this place when you book after the best roast in london. my next visit, thank you.

a Saturday morning, as my crater broke up, I managed to pull some friends to the colonel fawcett to sort me. actually this is a bit exaggerated – her brunch runs from 11 o'clock to 15 o'clock on Saturday and I think we were there on the afternoon when the girls had yoga finished. the hangover part is true :s

One Saturday morning, just as my hangover was dawning I managed to drag some friends to the Colonel Fawcett for brunch to sort myself out. we couldn't ask for a better company party. it was the first time that we all came together for the pandemic and we could not ask for a better experience, mustafa especially made our night so much more special. mustafas playlist made the night...and got all moved, and he went beyond and beyond for my team and I couldn't appreciate anymore.

Among them are everything they could wish from a pub like the “Colonel fawcett pork burger with caramelized apple”, “Beer battered coley, pea mint puree and hand-cut chips” and also some more adventurous netzens like the “Duck breast confit leg with gooseberry chutney and potato fondant”. they also have day and day specialties that look good, from salt beef sandwiches to ox heart salads. everything that can be done in the house is, from the chutneys to the brot, and the ingredients are from family-run farms, wherever possible. those of you who feel tortured...read more

the news! what a great hidden pub in the Camden area. off the road this joint slips under the radar. con: fewer people are aware of it, pro: it is one of the strange places that they can actually get a table on a Sunday without booking a week before. was so impressed by the delicate black roast! the sweet one should only die. the chefs are not with a portion size and sosse. Unfortunately, the yorkshire pudding had more of a crunch than the desired chastity. interesting take of desserts. they have envisioned the unique, innovative box with the smolina custard with pistachios and celestial. maybe some old favorites would be good...read more

Con: fewer people are aware of its presence, Pro: it's one of the odd places you can actually get a table on a Sunday without having to book a week ahead. Was so impressed by the tender pork roast! The vegetables were just to die for. The chefs aren't stingy with portion size and sauce. Unfortunately the Yorkshire pudding had more of a crunch than the desired chewy flakiness. Interesting take on desserts. They've definitely ticked the unique, innovative box with the semolina custard with pistachios and raspberries. Perhaps some old favourites would be good to accompany...
