We went in for some beers and burgers. The beers and my burger were good. My colleagues burger, the fishburger, turn out to be a bun with.........fishsticks!!! Rather disappointing....

large traditional style pub for some home comfort during the trip to visit. friendly staff, a fairly large menu and a good choice of local and foreign beer. I did not see any bands there, but there were posters up advertising regular events.

One of the best meals I have had in Erlangen. Had the curry sausage and French fries, excellent. Steinbeck Brau beer which is full of flavor on the sweet side. The Dartmoor is just a friendly and relaxed place to hang out. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and the crowd is nice and diverse. We usually enjoy a burger and a beer or two. They have a special burger each week, but also...a nice list of standard burgers that are always fresh to order and we have never been disappointed. If you are looking for a friendly place to enjoy a beer or glass of wine and grab a burger (or other sandwiches on their menu), this is definitely a good choice! Check it out. Tip: It is always packed on Thursday through Saturday. Therefore, make sure to make a reservation in advance.

As an avid pub goer, it 's somewhat crazy that I never checked out this Pub until now...result: I should 've checked it out far earlier! First of all, the Dartmoor Inn is what its name hints at an English pub where you can also play dart in the back yard/room. But that is not why I came here we were looking for a place to have some burgers, and luckily that is exactly what makes this place so fantastic: the burgers!
