"A cute and quirky little place with an old world charm. It was one of those sunny November mornings when it was possible to sit on one of the few outdoor tables. This was fortunate as the small indoor seating areas (both at ground level and downstairs) were very congested, Not entirely sure the seating arrangements work in such a limited space. A further reservation is that, although the interior seems clean, there is a very pervasive odour of fried food. Perhaps better extraction and venting might be a good idea. Sitting outside is pleasant, however, as one can enjoy the views of the Harrow School on a bustling Sunday morning. It was nice to be served at our table rather than ordering inside, and our coffees were decent and not too costly. We did not eat on this occasion but took a look at the menu for reference. The food appears rather overpriced, but this is not surprising for the area served."

We had a delightful lunch with our family. We tried a variety of sandwiches and pancakes topped with strawberries and blueberries. We all loved the food served to us.

Recommended to us as we were going to watch our son play rugby at Harrow. Loved the quirky little traditional tea shop style cafe. Extensive menu and good food. Service great and nice atmosphere felt like we were in a different time period. View menu

high price caffe, in comparison with central london locations. I personally don't think it's worth it. good service and quirky decor. a unique caffe for this location. in the summer I am told that it is very busy, so they make a reservation before visiting.

Absolutely terrible, cake was crumbly and fell apart, manager said it was moist, it certainly was not moist or fresh. Husband had a scone which crumbled and was inedible also not fresh. Cake counter looked dirty. Manager couldn't of cared less. Only gave one star as I couldn't leave a review without one.

We visited this restaurant twice while staying in Harrow-on-the-Hill. The café has a charming old shop front and quirky decorations inside, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere, especially during the unpredictable British summer weather. We loved their carrot cake and lemon pistachio cake, as well as their quiche, crispy lettuce salad, and mezzo platter which included hummus, tzatziki dips, olives, falafels, and flatbread. The cappuccinos were outstanding! View menu

I was looking for a place to have a quick lunch on Harrow-on-the hill when I found this original caffe called the dolls house. at the entrance the aroma freshly baked skorone and handmade cake immediately greeted me and I put my order for “night tea”. this included several fingersandwiches, consisting of ham and cheese as well as crowning chickens, a mixed brewery made of green tea, scenes and a sortiment of handmade cake. it was nice to see that the British tradition of the afternoon is living on due to the dedicated owners and that the caffe still went very popular among the natives despite the large amount of generic coffee shops in the opposite the fingersandwichse...read more

I have visited the Doll's House a few times for coffee/tea and it's been okay. However, my last visit was disappointing. I ordered a coffee and a kid's hot chocolate, but was not given a kids menu. When I asked if they could make the luxury hot chocolate in a kids size, the server said yes, but charged me £5.50 for it, without mentioning an extra charge for an Oreo biscuit. After questioning the charges, the owner became unnecessarily aggressive and insisted on the additional charge. It was only after another worker showed me the kids menu that we realized I had been overcharged by 50p and that the prices were unclear and made up on the spot. Due to this dishonest behavior, I will not be ret...

"The venue, food, service, value and portions are all 10/10. I absolutely love the whole vibe of this restaurant, it feels so authentic and the staff are all so lovely. My first encounter here was a first date back in 2015; we have visited many times since but to point out a few special ones, we returned to celebrated our pregnancy news, our engagement and then most recently when that date became my husband, we came back to Sorrentina with our family to celebrate our wedding day.The organisation for our party of 25 was impeccable, the food all came out in a structured and timely manner. The quality of the food was incredible as it always is fresh, authentic Italian food cooked to perfection Sorrentina is the perfect little spot for a romantic dinner, a family meal or a larger party meal. Sentimental feelings aside, I truly cannot fault it in any way.Needless to say we’ll be back! But more importantly, the feedback from our 20+ guests that hadn’t been here before was that they all really enjoyed the food, the staff were lovely and that they’d definitely return. Some have even gone and recommended it to their friends and families local people supporting a small local business! A humongous thank you to Tony, Emilio, Adriano and all the rest of the lovely staff, there wasn’t any other place we’d have wanted to spend our day."
