"I went here with family for a Sunday lunch. You are given a very good choice of meats . I went for the mixed meats which was a slice of beef , lamb and pork . I could have had any of these meats individually or half a chicken. These are served with 2 Yorkshire puddings and mountains of vegetables. It was £11 95 a head which I think is good value for money for what you got . The pub itself is a little shabby inside and you could be put off by this . What I suggest is give it a try, the food is very good and they have a good menu available. I saw someone else at another table have a pie and it looked delicious ."

my partner older mum in her wheelchair yesterday always welcome and she loves that she had a small meal that she had the table all ready with the place for her chair mum is a regular for Sunday midday lol

Had to say what a laugh this evening was! Great staff, a full pub with the band, Stumble, playing - who got the entire pub dancing which shows how good they always are! Well done The Dukes Head - encore!!

I wish got photos. The atmosphere was great, the customer service top notch and the food was delicious I had steak with stilton sauce and it was wow yummy. My husband had the ribs and loved them Thank you for the great service will definitely be returning and recommending!

they will not find better pub eating everywhere, a Sunday lunch as good as they would cook home, with a selection of meat, beautiful bratkartoffels and many fresh veg, a mid-week lunch of chicken leek and mushroom home cooked cake with sweet and large portions, highly recommended.

the dukes head is our local pub and has gotten up and down, but we decided to go tonight. what a difference! eating this evening was absolutely delicious! it was really pub scrub best! we would recommend the dukes head, hamstreet completely. very friendly, helpful staff. very impressed!
