"Lovely place, but felt cold, service was slow but staff were lovely. Didn't see a member of staff for nearly minutes after we recieved desert so had to go to the bar to ask for the bill, was going to stay for coffee but they didnt seem interested in us staying. Been here plenty times in the past and much better so will just put it down to staffing issues and will go back soon."

Dog-friendly bar area was full, with a lively atmosphere. Dining area was very pleasant and also had a good atmosphere. Service was pleasant and efficient but I don't like service charge being automatically added.

portion size was too small, one shared amount of veg which barely makes a spoonful for each person, in a small between meals that cost a total of table was on a slant, and food was falling off it, was told we couldnt move. not impressed atall.

We had a wonderful Saturday evening meal with two close friends at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. While it is not cheap, the quality of the food makes it a great value. We will definitely be returning in the future.
