The Garden Room At Floral Media

I was here for a birthday dinner and cèilidh (English country dance). Our meal was really good, with chicken, beef or lentil pies offered. We had ice cream for dessert. A lovely evening.

From beginning to end !! Cannot fault this wonderful place ! The owners staff just couldn't do enough, marvellous food , fab hog roast in the evening by a log basket !! So relaxing totally different ! Thank you all .

My daughter held her wedding here in June , it is a wonderful venue and they cannot do enough for you . They made it a truly special day and all worked so hard to achieve perfection . Would definitely recommend this venue .

We had a really lovely day here at floral media at our friends wedding. The gardens and wedding reception were lovely. There was plenty of seating in the garden and lots of games for the children. The drinks and appetisers on arrival were good. The meal, wine and setting was very good. The waitress was very helpful and asked people to visit the buffet in small groups. We had never heard of this place before but would recommend it to our friends.

I went to this restaurant today with my exercise class. We started with hot drinks and biscuits, followed by a discussion about floral arrangements and a demonstration on how to create a beautiful bouquet using flowers from the gardens where couples can have their weddings. The highlight of the visit was the delicious buffet prepared by Steven, which offered a wide variety of options that were all very tasty. Paula and Steven greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. Overall, it was a great outing.

Had a fantastic time at this venue for our club's 65th anniversary dinner. The service was excellent and the presentation of the food was lovely. A good option is that guests can take their own drinks along. The highlight was a floral demonstration by Paula and Jade who are an inspiration in their quest to also raise funding for the breast cancer unit at city hospital along with all their other fantastic adventures. The surrounding gardens are also a treat for the eyes. Well worth convincing your group to book this venue for an event.

My wife and I had the pleasure of attending a golden wedding anniversary lunch at Floral Media. The venue, located just 15 minutes away from our home, was absolutely stunning. The grounds and gardens were beautiful, and the Garden Room was lovely. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and cheerful despite the hot and humid weather. The food service was impeccable, with a great selection of carver meats, salads, vegetables, and desserts. The quality of the food was excellent, and even the cheese selection was superb. Overall, I highly recommend Floral Media to others. Thank you to the owners and staff for making the day so enjoyable!

My partner and I tied the knot at this venue in August 2018 and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The venue, service, and staff were all exceptional. Paula and Steve made us feel at ease from the very beginning and took all the stress out of the occasion. They were accommodating and we trusted them to make everything perfect without needing to constantly check in. I cannot recommend this venue, the owners, or the team enough. I visited with my family for the Easter Carvery. The atmosphere is lovely, staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious and homemade. This wasn't my first visit, but it was my first visit since becoming vegan last year. The Easter event was bookings only so I let them know I was vegan when we booked, which they said was no problem at all. I was given a special menu when we arrived which included mushroom soup and bread for starter; a homemade butternut squash pie with spinach and soya cream cheese for main; and a blueberry and blackberry pie or a fruit salad for dessert.
