"This is a lovely little pub in a beautiful location. It’s also very dog friendly which is important for us, and the staff are great. This was our third visit and we will certainly be back when in the area. I ordered the curry special which was £15 for a Madras and pint. The Madras lacked a little in heat, not a complaint, just a personal thing, but it was very tasty and plentiful. I didn’t check my bill until I got home, and found that I had been charged the £15 for a curry and a pint, plus another £4.50 for the pint . They were very busy though and it was an easy mistake to make, so no worries. We will definitely be back because it’s a great place for a meal."

The steak and stout pie at this restaurant was amazing! The beer garden has the best views over the river, and the staff is so friendly. What a hidden gem!

This pub is comparable to a Michelin-starred restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic! They even allow dogs inside. We're definitely going back again this week!

Great food, generous portions. I have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. All the staff are very nice. Very dog friendly too which is a plus. They also offer a specials board too for meals and desserts.

Met with rude member of staff and I won't be going again. Went in with my disabled wife for a bite to eat. Looked around for a table which we found No reserved sign on table) just got ready to order when a member of staff told us it's a reserved table in a abrupt manner. We felt very embarrassed as other people looked on and spoilt our day.

The pub food at this restaurant is fantastic, with generous portions and a good selection of drinks. The hospitality is excellent and the homemade lasagne is exceptional. The atmosphere is a nice blend of locals and tourist travelers, and the restaurant is very dog-friendly. I will definitely be making this my go-to lunch spot for future holidays in North Wales. Thank you for a great experience.
