"Me and ten friends went to impy, of which we have gone pretty much every day for the last year and ordered food. Six of us ordered food then four others came so we went to a bigger table. The managers came over and rudely asked us to leave because we were loosing them business. We explained we had previously ordered food and they said it wasn’t their job to clean up after our mess if we weren’t buying and that we should buy food or leave. One person said that this (the action of kicking us out) would loose them Business, this wasn’t said in a rude manner but directs at a friend in the group and then told that we were “gobbing off” and should leave. We are always at spoons and are very quite and respectful, and always buy food. The manor in which they approached was extremely rude and and not appreciated when we come every day and so uncomfortable as a group of young people to be spoken to like that by two adults."

Really pleased with the speed of the service. The food and drinks were served within 6 minutes of ordering. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Nothing to complain about at all.

We had a great breakfast last week but today was poor in comparison. Cold beans, cold bacon. Sent it back and slightly better Single coffee machine not working properly and dispensing awful drinks. Shocking in a place this big.

The usual excellent Wetherspoon's value for both food and drinks, but setting was very unexpected large and lovely old property in its own grounds! Staff were all friendly, whilst being on the ball with regard to service. Recommended! View menu

This is now a Wetherspoons restaurant, The staff were ok, there was plenty of spare tables, the food was not good, the chips were Luke warm the chicken strips were ok, the chicken balls were awful, they were just mush inside and again Luke warm, the Lemonade was the weakest I've ever had. Will net visit again.

I call in here from time to time as it is handily near St Davids station. On a sunny day it is great to sit outside and enjoy the view. On our recent visits there was a lot of building work taking place at the Imperial, the orangery was all boarded off meaning there was only one bar in operation so slow service. On the most recent visit we had breakfast (freedom breakfast for me), the food was ok though I have had better here.

Managers were extremely rude after me and my friends moved tables to be in the shade after all of us ordering food. After going nearly every day for the last 8 months, ordering food and drinks and never leaving mess beside our used dishes. Two managers approaching a group of 17 year old girls to proceed to tell us to leave after us explaining that we had ordered food. They’ve never had an issue with other tables being loud and making extreme mess, or the seagulls that they let eat everyone’s food. View menu

I witnessed today the managers being extremely aggressive and over the top towards some students today, I feel her approach was really uncalled for and the students weren’t causing any trouble whatsoever, I have seen far worse students in here causing far more mayhem. The treatment those students faced today was awful, they are paying customers aswell and just because they are young they shouldn’t be treated any differently to older paying guests, at the end of the day they are CUSTOMERS aswell. Be Kinder next time.

Came here for breakfast this morning like we do every morning as we are college students. Food was bought out in take away boxes and we were asked to leave immediately. Clear discrimination against race and age. We were not disruptive or disrespectful to staff. We were 1 of 3 used tables out of 800. The staff were lovely and understanding, however the management was appalling and plain rude. When asking for a reason why we needed to leave, she refused to give us one. She even took away an unfinished drink and refused to bring out a plate of food that we had previously ordered. One of us has now been banned as she mistook him for another person of the same race. Will not be coming here again...

"Owner rude and arrogant! And you can’t trust them and they won’t make your order right by just saying too busy to make it right! I called in to make a booking but told no tables available but I could place an order for takeaway so I ordered two gluten free pizzas. I also asked what size are the gluten free pizza crust and was told 11”. I was told I would need to wait 1 hour 30 minutes and I agreed. I ordered the Gluten free 11 “ crust as advised for one Olive Tree and one Garlicky . When I arrived, I asked the person with the pizzas to confirm the gluten free pizzas. She looked a bit worried and said they were not gluten free. I asked the other girl if I would have to wait another 1.5 hrs and she said they would expedite my pizzas. The owner came over and said he had two vegan pizzas for 8:30 pm and I said that is not what I ordered. He said he was too busy to remake the pizzas. He said the girl that took the order said she didn’t remember gluten free was ordered. As a Celiac , those are the first words out of my mouth when I order any food and I also inquired the size of the gluten free crust and frequently they are pre-made and sealed and I was told they are 11”. He would not remake the pizzas as he said he has to trust his staff. So he implies the customer are lying and uses it as an excuse to not make it right. It doesn’t excuse not remaking the pizzas correctly as ordered gluten free as I was told a few minutes earlier. I assured him I ordered both pizzas gluten free and my wife came in and also confirmed as she heard me place the order on the phone. I realize this pizza must be well done and popular but not to remake the pizzas and imply me a liar and refusing to remake them is unprofessional. I find his behavior arrogant, rude and unprofessional and just because he went to Italy to learn how to make pizza doesn’t make him a good owner and manager. Hopefully, he won’t blow off this review but learn from it. Always make it right for your customers! And never insult your customers! It also suggest he doesn’t care about his customers because he is too busy. He walks away and just repeats he has to trust his employees. Poor excuse for not making the pizzas as ordered! Employees can make mistakes and as a Coeliac I will also double check as I did when I came to pick up the pizzas. I would advise Coeliacs to not try these pizzas as you can’t trust them to make them to your order. Peace be with you! Dietary restrictions You cannot trust this place to make your gluten free as ordered and they won’t remake it if they made it wrong and just say I have to trust my staff. Very Poor attitude from an owner and a bit arrogant! Customers don’t appear to be important and must be lying if they get an order wrong."
