"Every year our walking club has its end of season meal here. It's a first class place with excellent service, beautiful food and, very, efficient and pleasant staff. The most important thing though: without somewhere to park our coach, we wouldn't be there, in the first place! Suffice to say, there IS parking! Been here a few years ago every time we passed it the car park was full so we went at 12 00 and got a seat on Halloween food was excellent and the staff very good will obviously go back again Parking: Lots of room and it's good after 12 00 but gets busy later Price per person: £30–40 Recommended dishes: Steak and Ale Pie, Custard Parking space: Plenty of parking
