Henry was as friendly as always and knows our drink orders , food served quick and friendly.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, but the food was only okay. I have had better meals here in the past.

We just popped in to have lunch, ordered a jacket potato, which was fine, and a fish finger sandwich, however, I have never had such stale bread, if this was in a supermarket, you simply wouldn't buy it. So why serve it to a customer?

when entering the pub, there is a sanitizer to cleanse their hands. that's been empty for two weeks. I mentioned it to the manager and he said he would tell the company when they came. at this time when we come into a new wave of kovid, I don't feel that this is acceptable.

The food was amazing and served quickly and hot! It was very affordable, costing only £120 for our group of 8. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially our server Natalie who went above and beyond for us. This beloved family restaurant has definitely stepped up its game. View menu

Great pub with some good beers and good food. Staff cheerful, polite and helpful. Food arrived quickly and was perfectly cooked. Our party of 9 all ordered food including a couple of steaks and all food came out together, piping hot and perfectly cooked. Plenty of parking and also 2 electric car chargers . Recommended

I visited the longwood with a big group after the work of an evening and I must say that I was impressed. I ordered the BBQ chicken. (I think that's what you called.) the portion of the meal was a decent size and the bun was not dry (what I always find is a problem to other places like weatherspoons the drinks and that eating were also a decent price. the staff was very nice and I will visit definatly again. I have already recommended the location of my family and cannot wait to be back!

Up in the area on business driving an electric car. Marston’s have been fitting Osprey 50kW chargers in a good number of pubs including the Longwood. So put the car on charge and stroll inside for a drink and something to eat. Staff were welcoming and professional, food was exactly what you would expect from Marston’s so chicken tikka masala and one soft drink later the car was topped up ready for tomorrow and I was well fed.
