"I initially requested a table by the fire when making my reservation online and followed up with a phone call to confirm, but we did not get that table. The food was mediocre; the burgers were decent, but the fries were not good. My husband ordered a thin and small pizza but received a thick-crust version instead. On a positive note, the staff were all excellent. It would be nice to see a specials board and a new menu, as it seems like the menu hasn’t changed in quite some time. The atmosphere was lovely and the place was warm. Having grown up in Knebworth, we've been visiting the Lytton Arms for many years, but unfortunately, the food experience was just average with limited choices."

We had a late meal with a large group, which was quite enjoyable. The pub had a fantastic atmosphere. Unfortunately, the communication could have been better.

Very nice village pub with some good beers and friendly staff. Sunday lunch was excellent and can highly recommend the lamb shoulder. Booking is definetly required at the weekend.

Had a lovely lunch in the Lytton after going to the knebworth ChRISTMAS fair. : food was so tasty and really enjoyed it. Feel sorry for the bar staff as they seem too busy but they are really great snd friendly.

Two of us ate here for the second time in 2 weeks. First time we were bedazzled because the food was fab, atmosphere appealing. A bit less so on the second occason in both respects but the service and attention was far better than the first occasion. We shall revisit in a few months. View menu

I visited with my partner and we decided to share the lamb roast. It was absolutely delicious and generous enough to feed three people, so we took home a 'doggy bag' for later. The lunchtime crowd was bustling, which speaks to the restaurant's popularity. We received attentive service and enjoyed a fantastic Sunday lunch. We will definitely be returning!

The two of us enjoyed the ambiance of the lytton arms, our chosen meals from the menu were very good, i had sausages and mash, but a good sausage and mash, we had hummus and flat bread, it was suggested to order the one as it would be enough for two, they did not have to say that, but they did, the personnel who worked there, friendly and pleasant, we will return
