Had a takeaway on 3/6/22 from bornemouth left all the food absolutely awful, ive never had a cashew chicken that was unchewable. Totally disgusted. And to make it worse paid by card and they shouted all my card details out loud. Totally appaling

We ordered a takeaway meal for four of us last night. Took a little longer than expected to arrive. But the best Chinese we have eaten in Bournemouth to date. Also better than the past five meals out. in Bournemouth in the past six months. Certainly recommend. Really fresh and very tasty. View menu

polite service and not long for food to be prepared. nothing else good to say the food was horrible, oily fried rice, oily burnt prawn toast and tofu disgusting with watery bland black been sauce. spring rolls went straight in the bin as also really over cooked. No pride has been taken in the cooking of any of this food.

Tried this place again, having been disappointed in March 2019. Excellent in all respects. Chicken and mushroom soup with loads of both. Large spring roll very good indeed. Chicken with cashew nuts very good too, with lots of chicken and some nice veggies, making rice unnecessary. Service rather brusque...but order came quickly. Really enjoyed this meal.

I stopped by this restaurant on my way to my holiday flat after spending the day in Bournemouth. The staff was very friendly. I ordered the Chicken Chow Mein, which was cheaper than what I would pay back home, and it was still piping hot after a 15-minute walk. I plan on stopping by again before leaving for another meal. I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and it arrived on time and hot, which were the only positives. However, the special curry was bland and one piece of chicken was undercooked. The dish was also filled with raw onions. The special fried rice was also lacking in flavor and some of the chips were undercooked. I will not be ordering from here again. It was a complete waste of money.

The restaurant is conveniently located next to a popular bar, making it a perfect spot for a late-night meal. They offer a udon option at a reasonable price. However, when I ordered food at 10:30 pm, it tasted stale and burnt initially. After further inspection, I realized it wasn't burnt, just slightly stale. The main issue seemed to be that they were using the same wok to cook different dishes, which affected the flavors. I recommend changing the wok, even on slower nights, to avoid mixing flavors.

I advised the staff that I had corona virus and put this on my delivery notes and the guy still turns up to the front door leaving a 20cm distance. When i told them they didnt include items on the menu they told me i was wrong even though i was reading off their website. They then realised I wasnt lying and insisted the only was i would get a refund was if they picked up the order but as i told them already i have corona she litterally said It doesnt matter and i dont care thats our problem so she is putting people at risk by her negligence. DONT order here for your own safety. Have been a regular customer for a while but im gobsmacked by their response and attitude. View menu
