"The view is dazzling. It takes just 30 seconds via the elevator from the street to the bar/restaurant on the top floor but the convenience ends there. As time elapses this bar becomes more out of touch with reality. The menu hasn 't changed for years, in fact neither have the physical menus themselves. Wine should improve with age but at 'The Heights ' it doesn 't. I don 't think there is anything 'wrong ' with it other than that it is absolute filth. It hasn 't been chosen for the way it tastes but purely for it 's profit margin. It really was the most disgusting wine I 've had since that bottle of Lambrini I shared with my childhood sweetheart 17 years ago. At roughly £20 it isn 't exactly good value either. The servers, though pleasant enough, aren 't professional. Our wine was suitably dumped (it was garbage) on the table for us to serve ourselves with, despite customers now being discouraged from acquiring service at the bar. We also noticed that the staff were swearing and arguing with each other. The decor is very boring. I quite like the big leather sofas but the rest is very dated. I have never tried the food here and I don 't think I ever will. Worth popping in for the view but don 't waste £20 on the 'wine '. Have a beer instead... and make sure it comes in a bottle..."

I was here for a quick coffee meeting and the view was great. Service was a bit dodgy (waiter initially brought us another person's order) but very friendly.

This place is good to meet because of the location, but the bar itself is a little rundown and sad looking with no atmosphere. The service is OK but would not use regularly

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. The wait was very long, the food was below average, and the service was awful. The waiters seemed like they couldn't care less.

Bar on 15 floor of hotel. No restrictions on who can access. Great views across parts of London. No Draught beers but plenty in bottles. Prices high due to view but worth a visit.

Food and drinks were good and the prices were not out of this world, considering the location I would recommend visiting The Heights Bar just for the views, staff were very friendly and the service great.

If you want somewhere very quiet to have a drink and enjoy views over London, this place is a find. The bar doesn’t have ‘atmosphere’ but it is a respite from the crowds. I had the champagne flamingo cocktail and the chicken burger and enjoyed both.

I was there for a couple of drinks and it was amazing. I really enjoyed the view, see almost half London, extremely nice service, polite staff, special thanks to manager David, who made my evening even better and nicer. Thank you David, you are the best, special thanks and to Magda, who was looking after my orders, amazing service. Definitely will be back soon

Location is second to none, which is why this place will never struggle for customers. Which is a shame, as I would like to see management wanting to offer a better service to its guests. Atmosphere tends to be a bit chaotic as it seems half the BBC staff go there for meetings (very loud meetings). If you plan to work there, you can't get the wifi unless you've stayed the night, they won't print anything for you- even offering a fee. The food was OK, quite average and service was OK.

I visited here today. My friend ordered a traditional breakfast, tea was included also entry to buffet (extra toast and croissants etc) this was almost £17 and I ordered poached egg on toast with a side order of beans (off menu) and a tea. Btw the breakfast I ordered came and was 1 slice of crappy packet bread toasted 2 poached eggs and a spoon of beans. My friends breakfast was over cooked. My bill was £37.69 I didn’t pay much attention (my bad as my friend and I were too busy chatting) to the bill and paid using my phone and when I got home I realised the price! I called the restaurant and spoke to our waiter who said that as I ordered beans that now this meant I was ordering off the menu...
