"Last minute booking as another hotel had let us down!! And I'm pleased they did otherwise we would not of had the opportunity to experience The Norfolk Arms. Lovely entrance, staff very welcoming (even at 21.30) and lovely room, 3 flights up to top of hotel but room 22 was worth the walk. Had a drink in The Snug bar and then had a good night's sleep, lovely bathroom and view across the roof tops of Arundel. Really special. Had an early start so didn't get to experience breakfast, but will definitely be back!"

Really nice accommodation on the main high street which is very pretty and it’s only a 2 minute walk from the entrance of Arundel castle

Horrendous! customers service is appalling! Very rude staff, undermining and to be quite honest disgusting. Will not be returning! DO NOT VISIT!!!! Shocking venue and awful customer service!

Spotted this place on a recent visit to Arundel and so glad we did. A friendly welcome as we entered and we were sold!! We enjoyed a couple of beers while there and also the soup was delicious! An enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours and would happily return if we were in the area.

Lovely experience at the Norfolk! I would like to especially mention “Kat” who was very accommodating with my allergies. She was efficient, smiley and helpful at such an early hour of the morning. I am very excited to return to the hotel for another fantastic occasion!! Food was excellent, room was spotless!

Had three drinks on Saturday 9th March with my wife in this pub. It was great to see the large number of craft ales available. I had the 360 degree West Coast Double IPA 8% ABV, Long Man brewery Long Blonde and Trenchmore Cider. Delicious. The seating in this pub is not good and should be changed for the better!
