"So I completely understand that breakfast has to stop sometime but I venture to suggest some improvements to the process: do not allow people to join the queue when there is no chance of them being served in time do not act surprised when you are inundated on the first sunny Sunday in weeks which coincides with Father’s Day make a bigger car park so people turning up half an hour before breakfast ends have a fighting chance of getting served do not bother people with details such as “I’ve been here since 7”. If you’re staff you’re being paid and if you’re management you should be more professional do not act brusque with customers. They are the foundation of your business and they may go on to write negative reviews on Google"

I was unaware of this restaurant until a friend brought me here. They have great seating options both indoors and outdoors, with shade available. The service is fast and there are plenty of activities to entertain families with children, such as walks and seeing farm animals. The gravel in the parking lot may be difficult for strollers.

Awful customer service, we were turned away. They stop serving food at 11am so we got there 20 minutes before. The car park is not big enough so took ages to try and park. We still managed to get in the queue with 10 minutes to spare and they said no when we finally got to the front because even if you were in the queue before 11am, they did not care. The lady who turned us away was rude and clearly not trained in customer service, telling us “I’ve been here since 7am you know”. We could not care less how her shift patterns are organised and would have appreciated signs and the website indicating how to play the ordering game.
