Popped in here with my brother in law after a pub crawl around Richmond. I don’t normally like young houses but this was exceptional, great foh great food will be back!

Stopped in to eat and have a few beers. Tried to order 3 different meals choices and they had none left of all 3. They had already poured the drinks, so we felt obliged to sit. We ordered fries which was a tiny serve. Not suitable for sharing FYI. Do not recommend.

I took my daughter, her partner, and my two grandchildren, aged 11 and 12, to watch the first Chelsea game of the season. We all enjoyed the food, which was delicious and served in generous portions. It was a great combination of good food and a good game. Thank you. View menu

On a recent trip to Richmond my wife Denise and I popped into The Old Ship for a quiet drink and were greeted by very friendly staff who we got chatting to. We looked at the menu and decided to have lunch. The food was excellent, as was the service, so much so we returned the following day for drinks and lunch. Thank you to Gavin and the rest of the staff. Can thoroughly recommend The Old Ship.

We had an amazing afternoon at this restaurant. We came to watch The Ashes, but unfortunately it was rained off before we got there. However, the tasty beers and food helped to lift our spirits. The clean bathrooms for both men and women also added to the positive experience. This place has really improved since our last visit. The staff were knowledgeable and efficient, taking our visit to the next level. We will definitely be returning and bringing friends. Thank you for turning this pub into the awesome place it always was. If I could give it ten stars, I would.

This is the first time we have visited this year and we have been pleasantly surprised. We started off with a crisp pint of Aspalls, clean lines and glasses. Delicious. Then we weighed up where to move to for food. Spotted the new menu and could not help ourselves but to test what we felt were the best bits. Absolutely delighted with the Drunken Prawns, Calamari with Pineapple salsa, Ham Hock Terrine, Courgette and Broad Bean, fries and a Chicken Schnitzel. Struggling to pick a favourite but if you judge it by which dishes involved us pushing each other’s fingers away, it would have to be the Calamari. There was definite finger fighting going on.
